All the utter-most important stuff has been taken care of that people will need in order to create/recreate their shinobi. The rest can be done later...for those curious this is what's left.
-Adding in all the new techniques to the Databooks
-Reviewing all the Techniques in the Databooks to make sure they're at the proper ranking
-Adding in graphics to the first post of the Databooks
-Fill in the geographical information regarding the Shinobi Countries
-Fill in the shinobi Clan information
-Fill in prices or other misc information that I've forgotten about
-Fill out Advancement Databook
Now to the information regarding the Guild:
The One Year Gap Since RFS was last open One Year has passed in the RFS history. In that year the Hidden Shadow's inner-war was settled and the winner was Princess Izanami. The Seperatist Shadow that followed Ayumi were allowed to return to the Country, however the AkuKage has decided to change the old traditions and has begun open relations with the other Countries. No one has seen Ayumi since the Black Lightning Battle, however, the AkuKage pubically declared her to be the heir to the title of AkuKage after herself.
In that year your characters(if you so choose) have also matured and as a reward you have all been auto-promoted by one rank(once again, if you choose). So if your character was a Genin they may now become a Chuunin, if they were a Chuunin they may be a Jounin. Jounin may choose to become Special Jounin/ANBU and join an Advanced Squadron or remain as Jounin and continue to teach students.
In addition with the new Advanced Character Creator those that have been members of RFS for two years are given an extra 5 creation points to their stats(Rank stat-cap applies), 2 Technique points, and 4 additional Talent points when recreating their shinobi, as well as being able to create a Sannin character. Those who have been members for over a year are give a bonus 5 creation points(Rank Stat-Cap applies), 1 Technique point and 2 additional Talent points when recreating, as well as being able to create Special Jounin/ANBU characters.
As I havn't personally tested out the new creation system myself
Finally, I will be accepting 3 Uchiha characters. If you've been here for 2 years, you may send in an application for a Missing Nin Uchiha(B-Class Threat rank maximum). For one year members, you may create an Uchiha up to B-Class but they must be a Hidden Leaf shinobi. Everyone else, you may send in an application for a D-Class shinobi.
New subforums have been added as well, this should help ease up the clutter that plagued us the last time around.
The Normal Ninja SquadronsThis is where all the Genin/Chuunin teams will go. This is where the bulk of the action will happn as most shinobi start off as Genin and work their way up.
The Advanced Ninja SquadronsThis is where all the Hunter Nin, ANBU, Missing Nin and Special Jounin teams will go. In this subforum inter-team conflicts can and will happen.
The ChatterboxThis is our new OOC place to post whatever you feel like, my hope is that it becomes it's own little community between the people in the Guild. FanFictions and FanArt threads will not only help you express your stories about your characters but will help you earn rewards to further your shinobi. The same goes for RFS Banner stores.
The Chuunin ExamsNow have their own sub-forum as well. Whenever one is to be hosted a notification will be placed in the Normal Squadron subforum. The requirements to enter the Exam will be in the Chuunin Exam subforum.
The DatabooksContain all the information you will need about the Guild. Needless to say...it was a LOT of work, as usual
