Rules

•No Flaming
•Follow the Gaia ToS
•Obey any commands from the Mod Squad
•Do not Pm SowiloWitch or Hikari.EXE asking to be a member of The Mod Squad
•Feel free to PM any abuse reports to SowiloWitch
•Do not judge other people until you know what they're really like

Guidelines

•If you want to suggest an Idea to the Mod Squad post it in the suggestion thread and if you get no reply PM SowiloWitch
•Read all rules in seperate sub-forums before posting
•Contact SowiloWitch if you have any problems
•If you find something in the guild that goes against the Gaia ToS do not report us, tell SowiloWitch first so I will know to change it
•Try to have fun!!!

Sowilo is the whole reason the place exists. He is in charge of the Courtyard and everything else. He'll be watching every subforum.

Hikari.EXE
The Vice Captain. blaugh
Hikari is Sowilo's best friend in real life and on the computer. He is in charge of the Series Related subforum. He's fun to talk to but don't be rude.

JVCA
JVCA is Sowilo's big sister and the guild developer. blaugh
She'll be upgrading features and making sure all goes well.
If you need dream interpretations, she and her friends have created a dream interpretation minishop for the Wicca: Blessed Be guild!!!

The Sanctuary Bell is a newsletter that will be sent out through pm to those who have subscribed to the newsletter....
To subscribe to the newletter sign the subscribtion thread.

~Hiring~

SowiloWitch is willing to hire reporters and people to provide articles for The Sanctuary Bell.
Workers will be paid once they've given SowiloWitch their articles.

~Jobs and Contents~

-Poetry and Short Story Section-SowiloWitch
-Cooking and Food-

~Workers Rules~

-PM Job Requests to SowiloWitch-
We do not need the Courtyard flooding with job requests.

-PM all finished Articles to SowiloWitch-
Once SowiloWitch has received eneryones articles they will be published and sent out.

-Wait for your pay-
SowiloWitch very busy sometimes and does not need people complaining that they havn't been paid!

-Don't try to negotiate-
The pay you get is the pay you get! Be glad you even get paid! The pay amount is 100gold per Article!

-Warn us please-
This is not completly needed but please tell SowiloWitch or Hikari.EXE that you will be away or unable to finished your article!

-Finish before deadline-
It is okay if you havn't finished by then but please try we would like to get the newsletters out on time!

-Have fun-
OR ELSE!!!Just kidding, try to have fun while writing your articles!

Please note that due to the removal of the friends@gaia pming system we are unable to send the newsletters to the subscribed members. Please wait until anything can be sorted.

Mules

Sanctuary-Bot2014
Sanctuary-Bot is used to keep track of everything going on with the S-Gambler battle system that is soon to be released. More about Sanctuary-Bot2014 coming soon.

The Sanctuary Butterfly
The Butterfly will be used just to make sure everything is going well in the guild. She is the over all mule and you should expect to see her around.
