Okay... Have you guys seen the new banners they have flying around? Take a closer look...and then look at the banner that I made that is currently featured on the Guild Welcome Page.   Wow...kinda weird how they are like...almost identical huh? I could so seriously string a whole page-full of obscenities right now. Honestly...are they that RETARDED and GRAPHICALLY CHALLENGED that they have to steal other people's ideas??? So, not only do they officially have THE dumbest, baseless, moronic, idiotic, childish AND perverse reasons for hating Kagome...now they are guilty of not having an ORIGINAL thought in all of their collective little minds. I'm sold. I mean I have totally lost ANY shred of a ghost of respect I possibly ever had for these people. Kagome haters ARE s**t on a stick. They are belligerant little pests who exist only to annoy us intelligent factual debating types. Seriously...ever try debating with one of them? It's like trying to reason with a TODDLER on a SUGAR RUSH. So ya, I know that this post was kinda harsh, but I don't care. The truth needs to be told and I just needed to vent...before I like broke something! LOL.

Heck yes. I've been pitching that since I first met them..We are just better than them, and the bigots think they have supporting reasons to hate her when they say, "EMFKEEEW FEWKG SHE SI SSIA SLUTTRT!!!111", but we don't because we prove that she is a bright, intelligent young woman who deserves nothing but praise.
They're just children. Maybe they'll wake up/grow up one day, read what they typed when they were little youngsters, and feel embarrassed as hell for making themselves look like fools. I don't hold respect for them anymore - the only Kagome haters I've met are nimrods, save a couple, whom I've encountered once and never seen again. They're growing in numbers, but their intelligence just gets thinner within each day.
I wouldn't be surprised if they foamed at the mouth, because half the stuff they spit out sounds like what you'd hear if they were on a seizure. Rest assured knowing that we will always be right in our pro-Kagomeism, and them? They can prance around and act elitist, and hate Kagome for wearing a skirt until they realize how silly and immature they're acting.
Which'll be a while, but you get the point. I'm gonna go on a graphic plunge tomorrow and maybe tonight, just to spiff up some things. ;]

Alright, I'm going to have a say in this because I'm tired and maybe just as pissed as you Athena but..
IT'S OPINION.
Get over it.
AND IT'S HYPOCRITICAL.
You can't really get over that.
You know, dissing Kagome and supporting Kikyou IS JUST AS BAD as dissing Kikyou and supporting Kagome.
When I got into the Inuyasha fandom and looked up sites for it, I came across your site (Athena) and the anti-Kagome site. By the time I was through with it, my mind was ---> @_@ WTF? And also, I didn't know who the hell slept with who the hell and who was playing on each other.
By a few more Pro sites, my mind was clean again and now I have to say this.
Athena, hating the pro-Kik/anti-Kag is just as hypocritical as being pro-Kag/anti-Kik, you do know?
Both sites made up so much s**t for each girl my mind was screwed for quite a while. So I can't really say I have to support you Athena.
Sure, they're anti-Kagome but then, you're anti-Kikyou and you're saying that they're stupid when you're being hypocritical yourself. So I can't really say I have to agree with you.
I'm very sorry for saying that because I was more than pissed when I got an offer to anti-Kagome because I'm Pro-Kikyou. Can't WE JUST LOVE THEM BOTH?

I don't need support and I don't need validation for the way I feel about Kikyo. That's just the opinion I formed of her since the episode in which she was resurrected.
So If you've been to both sites, then you MUST have noticed a major difference or two.
We don't base our arguments for our dislike of Kikyo on petty things like "she's a slut" or "she's a two/three/four timer". We use actual facts, things that have actually HAPPENED in the anime and we've also dragged principles of religion into our debates. We do not just randomly spew "OMG Kikyo is such a biatch! She should DIIEEEEEEE!!!111"
So, ya you may view ANY dislike of any character as silly and baseless. Sure, that's your opinion and you're entitled to it. My beef with the Kagome Haters lies with their inability to make any decent arguments and the fact that this is not the first time they have taken an idea from me/my site and used it for themselves.
If you hate Kagome or like Kikyo, then you better list at LEAST 10 ACTUAL reasons that we can't poke holes through...without resorting to name calling.

Some things are just fact and some things are just random crap made up with exaggerations. Personally, I wouldn't respect someone who overexaggerates everything. So Kagome hurries to the Feudal Era to help everyone and she's too busy to change. And she has to wear her school uniform which includes a short skirt because of the stupid principal. But it doesn't mean that she wears 'short' and 'slutty' clothing everywhere, they're exaggerating it. Nor does it mean because Kikyou took the souls of tragic maidens, it doesn't mean she sucks souls out of everyone that passes her way. And if Naraku gives his affections to her, she doesn't give it back and HELL, she doesn't sleep with him just like your signature suggests. Kagome isn't a whore, she's fifteen and lives in a normal (well, although it's a holy shrine) 'house' not in a frickin' brothel. Kikyou doesn't drag Inuyasha to Hell everytime she sees him, some people just need to see the LATER episodes of Inuyasha and if you can't... sue Cartoon Network in America. Besides, what I think both sites do is to stereotype Kagome and Kikyou fans and overexaggerate both their features and personalities.

The sig wasn't made by me, I just think it's hella funny. Yes, I know Naraku and Kikyo never hooked up...but a friend and I got the idea spur of the moment and she made the sig. It was just kind of a private joke for us...but now everyone has seen it and we've actually had quite a few requests by others (for use in their own sigs).
We don't think she sucks the souls of everyone that passes by...we just think it's wrong that she lives off souls PERIOD. She is interfering with their natural process. The souls cannot move on (to wherever it is they are supposed to be going) because Kikyo takes them and uses them for her personal purposes. How can she still call herself a miko when she's committed the biggest sin of all?
And yes, we know the "dragging ex-boyfriend to hell" thing was a one time occurence. It was also one of the major reasons I started disliking Kikyo. However, Kikyo has stated that Inu Yasha's life belongs to her and implies that when the thing with Naraku is over she's gonna be hittin' him up for it. It's like...get a clue...he wasn't the one that killed you...he owes you nothing!
So there are pros and cons to each side of the story I guess. We're happy to stay in our corner...but they can't seem to stay in theirs. sweatdrop

Meh. I think they're just really, really unorigial. If they don't like Kagome, I don't care, but they could at least not claim that Kikyou is everyones favourite miko.
I don't force anybody to like the same characters I do and I don't force others to dislike the same characets. I only expect people to be the same for me.

Personally... I can find many flaws in both sides.
Really, I can. I never state them, as being neutral-Kagome and neutral-Kikyou.
Kikyou...she doesn't really care about Inu-Yasha anymore. She keeps him far away from her, even when he's tracking her. She just wants to beat the s**t out of Naraku, then die. If she dies...what would happen the souls she is using for energy? They woud all be sucked from her fake body. That'd be logical, wouldn't it? (If I remember correctly, these maidens are already dead.)
She's doesn't seem acting on her own accord either (not anymore). The "creator" of the Shikon no Tama is controlling her? She seems to be controlling everything. Like, this was her sick game. Let's screw two lives with Naraku, bring down another life, throw more people in, and we have...
"A feudal fairytail". Much like Dosslymere (SP) controls everything in Princess Tutu. Kagome, Tutu, and Kikyou, Kraehe. 'Cept Kagome doesn't quack, she sits. Inu-Yasha isn't a pantsless wonder.
As for Kagome, does she really need to go hop on Kouga when she's angry at Inu-Yasha? Sure, she's a fifteen year-old girl, but... Fifteen year-olds shouldn't be that immature. Kagome says she lets Inu-Yasha like whoever he likes, but she gets jealous after Inu-Yasha tries to talk some sense into Kikyou and have her join them (Kikyou doesn't listen to him, because if she joined the group...She may have to watch Inu-Yasha getting hurt. If she couldn't bring herself to kill him, could she watch him get harmed?). She also could trust him a bit more, and should learn that sitting him may be a bit uncomfortable.
And for the fact of the naked picture... You go into a tub naked, I'm sure wearing your clothes in warm water would be uncomfortable.
