Each girl is different. Diets don't always work (should say rarely work. lol^.^) and not every girl can do the same exercises as easily. Here I will ask members that exercise regularly to help out other members by posting exercise tips, including how they exercise and what they think is easy 3nodding

Mimisi walks 1 to 2 miles every day (unless she is sick or for some other reason can't). If it's rainy outside, she does Tiboe (sp?) pallates (sp?) and/or beginner yoga 3nodding
Something I've also found that helps is working in increments of 5. Before I started working out again, I could only do 5 minutes. Then when I felt ready I boosted it up to 10, 15, 20, so on and so on.
Also if you're tired or feeling sick it's a good idea to see how long you can work out. 3nodding
Even if you can only manage 5 minutes at first, it really does help 3nodding
Be sure you wear a sturdy bra that will collect sweat and other things, as well. I've found on a couple of big girl sites (and too, it is just common sense lol^.^) that you CAN and WILL get a yeast infection under your breasts if you do not properly dry yourself. (After a work out if you sweat a lot, and after showers. )

It is a good work out.

There's something (at least in America, and I'm pretty sure you can order it online) caled an Ab Lounge. I used one once or twice, but we don't have one. It's really fun, and you could feel your abdomen getting worked out. >.>; Just a tip. You sure fel it the next morning! o.o!

I used to walk like 4 miles a day, but I was kind of crazy and I didn't eat much either... I've started walking a little bit again, and it really does make me feel better. Right now I'm not worried about losing weight anymore, I just want to strengthen up and get the good endorphins from exercise.

Here is whats I do...I have asthma and it's getting worser so it's harder for me to do this stuff now....but here is what I do
Gym class each day we have 5 laps around the gym, then we do stretches, then we do somin weird and it's like we sprint as fast as we can for 10 seconds and walk for 20 seconds. We do the continous for 5 minutes. Then I come home and tend to the horses and cats. I take the horses on walks (besides rebel he is one mean stud) Which is only 2 horses I have and they are miniatures so yha...but I walk them about 1 mile. Then every other day I lifts weights, like 3 cycles of them each workout and 10 of whatever I do.

The only advice I have (and I have shed 50 pounds twice in my young life) is to start slow with exercises you're comfortable with, you won't lose 50 pounds over night, watch what you eat, meat, veggies, fruit, dairy products (especially yogurt ^_^, but no ice cream) and pasta, and stop eating when you feel satisfied, it is useful to cut down or even stop drinking soft drink, and regularly (daily/weekly) check your progress and try to detrmine whether you can improve your routine or not. That was the secret to my success(es). And I feel I need to do it again. >_< This time I'll keep the weight off, I swear it.

It's really hard to find time or space to exersize for me,so I went and bought a few nifty things, and they really do make a difference.
One is sort of like a backbrace, except it has magnets in it. It's fully adjustable, and helps tighten your tummy muscles as well as sturdy your back. It's not really visable unless you wear supertight clothes. You can wear it all day, that way simply running around the house helps burn more calories.
I also picked up some wrist and ankle weights, as the other,it gives a little extra help to exersizing, and they're great for walking.
And lastly, exersize bands. They are a lifesaver for sick and rainy days. You can work out while sitting or laying on the couch with little to no effort involved, and they can work out any part of the body. They're great if you have little time to work out but still need/want to. biggrin
