This is neutral land, where both rebels and Court faeries may mingle without fear of fighting. The Fae code is very strict about where fighting may occur, because Faeries are aware that should they battle without surcease, two things will happen:
1) They will cause carnage that just might provoke the deities into bringing about Armaggedon several millenia early.
2) Even if Armaggedon does not arrive early, all the Fae will be war-torn, dead, and diminished. And no Fae wants that, regardless of who they support and who they want dead.
Therefore, anyone who attacks anyone else in the main forum (except in designated areas), will be summarily banned without hearing.
