Alright, my least favorite character overall is chaos, like I've said any number of times. I don't like the character design at all. And it's annoying. I don't have any problems with any of the other characters, though. Actually, I think the rest are very nice.
My favorite character based on personality is probably Ziggy, and my favorite-looking character is either MOMO or the new Shion (Ep. III).
That's in regard to playable characters so far.
In regard to NPCs, my absolute least favorite is ALAN!!! He's so ugly and annoying! DIE! Okay. I know he'll be playable in the next, and that bothers me. A lot.

my least favorite character is Shion, followed closely by MOMO- because they are both annoying {to me} & have only one thing they excell at... that i can think of at this time -MOMO being Ether Bow in 2 Dark Septer in 1{would have been really useful in eppy 2} and Shion with Erde Kaiser in both- but Erde Kaiser is so cheap... they are both also rather naive but i just don't like Shion's attitude. sad

at the beginning, Allen actually seemed macho... then that was... destroyed... ahh, that's why he's low on my respect list

I pretty much love 99.5% of the characters in Xenosaga.
But I really don't like Sellers.
In the playable characters, my least favourite would be Shion. I mean, she's a decent enough character- But she's a lot like Yuna. As in, wandering about in her own little world not paying attention to her surroundings/companions. That annoys me slightly. It's like she's only half there. The other characters just seem to have a lot more depth to them.
I don't mind Allen. I feel sorry for him actually. xD; I just wish he'd just quit the whole Shion-thing. In fact, he's a lot like Shion. Except he's actually considerate to others. I've been hoping more stuff will be revealed about him. Isn't he supposed to be Joachim's genius apprentice/student or something?

Shion does seem to space out, but I get the feeling her mind does not always work in this world. She reminds me of some of those people with big brains who seem to foget the rest of the world becuase those gears are turning.

That's how I feel about her, except I have less patience for that sort of thing.
...However, when it comes down to it, her character design isn't very interesting or nice-looking. It's just okay and neutral, and that irritates me, as the typical snobbish and superficial gamer.
