Okay~. As of now, the guild is slowly crawling onto its feet. Not everyone has gotten the guild invitation, although I have sent the invitation to everyone who was a member of the current RP forum located here.

We will be RPing in the forum until I can get all the posts up.

Also, Rufus! Please, don't be afraid to put up posts you think should be put up. <3 This is your guild, too.

But as of now, please don't post anything inside the posts (ex. applications, talk, etc, etc) with the exception of the OOC forum.

And news will be locked for only crew members to unlock. Any questions go in OOC.

YAAAY UPDATE!

Okay. We are now considering these things... Tseng and I. (Tseng being FireFoxx and I being...well, me. xD And Reno...and Zack. Mostly Reno.)

Anyway.

1. We will be creating a MISSIONS subforum that will contain each and every mission for every character.

Like: AVALANCHE Mission #0000
SOLDIER Mission #0000
TURKS Mission #0000

2. NO ONE will post in the missions forum to post a mission EXCEPT for FireFoxxNT and MistressNinja. There may be a rare occassion of me posting a mission.

Other information regarding this: For each mission that is posted, there will be a list of characters who ARE ALLOWED to post in that mission topic. For all the characters that AREN'T on the list will not be permitted posting priviledge. The characters that are added to the list are characters whom are involved in the mission. There might be occassions where other characters are dragged in, which further information regarding that will be dealt with...

3. This topic is officially locked, and only crew members are allowed to post. For each crew member that posts, the posts may only contain news that contain development of the guild.

Enough with the numbers.

Hooray! Our gulid account has now reached over 7k! <3 Hooray! That's three subforums!

For the MISSIONS subforum, once the mission is completed, the forum will be locked, but saved so we can look back and use the information for further...whatever.

There is a Missions topic in Shin-Ra HQ that consists of what the mission is, where they are, when they'll be taking place, ect, ect. The missions placed in that topic will be for SOLDIERS and TURKS only. There will be a "Tifa's Seventh Heaven" subforum that will be the AVALANCHE HQ. A missions topic will be placed there as well that will only be for AVALANCHE missions, obviously.

More news will be added at a later time.

Missions subforum is still currently being worked on, yo.

Still contemplating on what to do with the mission threads all around.

Got rid of the application threads in the main forum and put them into the headquarters as stickies. Still don't have any applications, though, but there will be some soon.

Banners are still rolling in, slowly, but surely, and we've got a nice banner of, why, me! -Smirks-

We now have a set of identification cards, yo.

A character that is NOT on the Shin-Ra Staff may NOT create an ID card.

Punishment for those who create their ID card and use them within the RP when their character is not on the Shin-Ra staff will be issued.

Every member of the Shin-Ra staff is REQUIRED to have this card. Filled out, ect, ect. Numbers will be given out soon, but all numbers will start AFTER 234.

Tseng: A231
Rude: A232
Reno: A233
Elena: B234

Rufus: A201

The A is for the male sex, B for the female sex.

This is the blank ID Card you will be issued:

For characters who do NOT have a picture, it would be of your best interest to draw it yourself or hire an artist to draw a head shot for you. Make sure the picture fits and doesn't overlap any words or the Shin-Ra icon.

If you need help with your ID card, please seek help in the Help Request thread.

When putting text on your card, please make sure to make it as professional as you can. The closest the text looks to STAFF (but not in capitals), the better.

We'll be checking for ID cards, yo. Put your card into your signature OR your profile, and edit your application with your ID card at the top of the application after you have been accepted.

These ID cards are for specific security reasons. There have been a lot of security breaches, and, well...not enough security to take care of Sacho, (President Rufus Shinra, yo!), so he has requested the ID cards to be mandatory for any entrance of Shin-Ra Headquarters.

Again, these ID cards are mandatory.

Updated news on the Missions Subforum!


The three various bulletins have now been established in the Missions subforum as Announcements. It is there that Turks, SOLDIERs, and the members of AVALANCHE will receive their various missions.

For more information please check out the Missions Subforum, but refrain from posting anything.


There are two more things that I am working on currently in the Missions Subforum, and they will be the next thing on my list after I edit and add some more banners in the destined thread.

We're making good progress.

Most forums have been LOCKED.
These forums are either under construction or only for use by CREW members.

Reminder: Make sure you read ALL the news.
All news is very important and good knowledge for guild upgrading and improvement and development!

Yaaay development!

Now. I have added a 50G fee for all new members who will be joining.

Why?

Because we, the Staff, are working very hard to make you all, and ourselves, happy! This is a lot of hard work, yo!

The price will be upgraded as progress continues. The more money we get, the better we can make the guild! Subforums are awesome!

So, recruit only the best, yo!

We now have an application for the Turks. I have personally asked permission by Morgoth Brimstone, the creator of the application, to use it. It may be updated and/or altered to fit ours and your needs, but only the crew members, ONLY THE CREW MEMBERS, are allowed to edit it. You may not put any more information than what is already letting you provide and you may not take away any of the things we've put up...

We will have a conference about the applications soon, to see what we should do about it, because these things still are not to our complete satisfaction.

Now, I shall go scale a wall...and turn into a crab! Because that's what I remind myself of! -AWAAAAY!!-

NEWS UPDATE!


After a long three to four hours of sitting my butt down and thinking of all the ways to make the lives of the higer-ups easier, finally it's done!

I am pleased to announce that A Guide to Missions! For the Big Dogs has finally been completed and is up for viewing in the Missions Subforum!


I suggest that Rufus and Reno read through that ASAP, as it is vital information that will need to be used when updating the missions threads.

Currently there are plans being made for adding two additional subforums, however, we may not have enough funds to cover the cost.

We request that donations be made so that we can get the following two subforums as soon as possible.

SUBFORUMS UPDATE!

Thanks to a donation from myself, because I got a bit impatient and decided I wanted to switch around all the subforums, we now have both our new subforums:

Notes: Crew Only! and The Filing Cabinet (Top Three Only!)

These forums will be worked upon soon enough, along with everything else.


All of the applications have been completed and you can now find them in either headquarters: Tifa's Seventh Heaven, or Shin-Ra Headquarters.


Also, the Missions Subforum is about halfway completed.


Also, we have around 10 banners now avaiable in the Banners thread on the main forum. Go check them out and place one in your signature or profile!

SUBFORUMS UPDATE!

You can all jump for joy and rejoice now because...



THE MISSIONS SUBFORUM IS COMPLETED!!!

That's right everyone! The Missions subforum is rearing to go! Of course this was one of the back-up forums that we needed. It can't really come into use until we get the RP World Subforum a bit more organized.

If anyone would like to volunteer to help out with that, please tell me so in the Help Requests thread on the main forum page, alright? I will appreciate the help and will be there to work on the organization of whatever information you'll put in there.
