Story

Basicly like the show, with a twist.

Befor the very first avatar walked the world the great spirits lived. The spirits of water, earth, wind, and fire. But also, the dragons of Shadow(or spirit), sound, and metal reinged as supreme. Then, the humans appaeared.
The dragons and the great spirits shared their unique abilities of the elements with certain family groups. they where known as benders. The sun had a daughter with a human, his daughter was the very first Pheonix. She had the powers of all seven elements, dark and light. Her mother was the princess of the fire benders, thus the Pheonix was greatly regarded as a goddess/god, but the pheonix was't always a fire bender.
after three cycles the pheonix was born with a twin, this twin was always sickly growing up until finaly at his 10th year he was ready to die. his sister, the pheonix said she would give him the light elements, and that the two would share the fire element. She promised that he would live again until he wished to live no more, and so the first Avatar was born.
sometime later, when the Avatar and Pheonix where born as twins again, a war broke out, and because the pheonix sided with the dark elements and the dragons, she was banished to the sun, and the dark benders, and dragons were sent to another world.
The sun has released his daughter from her firey prison, and she was born to a Fire nation general, killed in battle against the water tribe.
The Pheonix was born the same day as The firelord's children, and because of her pheonix markings she has been raised with them, trained with them. When she turned 10, however, she enexplanibly fell into a coma. With The Avatar learning earth bending, he unknownly woke his arch rival up. And now the pheonix wishes revenge on the one who trapped her, and the ones who killed her firebender father.

Metal benders / dragons (can control most metals, some can control all metals, very few can control iron and zinc)
Shadow benders/ dragons (Also known as spirit benders, these benders have phychic abilities, can form shadows, can mentaly conect to others, can create a dark fog around them, they also can move their spirit and their body will follow making it confusing to attack)
Sound benders/ dragons (Can shatter things with concetrated sound waves, can hear beyond human abilities, can 'see' with thier ears)
Fire benders (Can control fire, and lightning, can also create the Arora flare, (ask me about it), when properly trianed in the color fire way. )
Earth benders (Can control organic substainses)
Water benders (Can control anything water)
