Calde'Ara, with many of the same things in that of it's allying city, Falderas, has much more to offer. More homes for sale, more shops to visit, a bigger tavern, more pleasurable company, and the Gabriev family. Those of a nobel lineage, those with the blood of generations of Heros and Blessed behind them. The Blessed child born of this generation, Rosaria, is the third child born beneath the Gabriev name.
The Gabriev's bore three daughters that they are very proud of. Epashtenaluna, the first-born and highest Healer in all of Calde'Ara, Jessika, the second-born and the youngest Hero and highest class of Warrior, and Rosaria, the third-born and Blessed, both Warrior and Mage. Miika resides with the Gabriev's to protect and serve the Blessed child, Rosaria. It is his privilege, his honor, his life, and his world contained in the eyes of a small, young Blessed girl.

Rosaria sat in the gardens, sitting in Miika's lap, allowing him to play with her hair as she brought out her small sewing kit and began sewing Regald's head back up. She had fallen down near the pond on the stepping stones and he had cut his head on the sharp rock. Though she was nineteen, she still had the mentality of a child, being a Blessed, it was one of the quirks that she was born with. Though she was quite mature when she pleased to be, she perferred to be childish if it was just she and Miika alone. Smiling, she turned in his lap to face him and giggled, sticking the pin back into her small pin-cushion.
"Look, Mi, I fixed Regald's boo-boo! He's going to be okay now."
Nodding his head and smiling gently as he looked down into the brilliant bright red eyes of the younger girl, he gently ran his fingers through the end of her hair, grabbing a few silver strands to twirl them around his fingers. Giving a soft chuckle, he nodded and continued to twirl her silken silver hair around his fingers.
"I see this. Regald is lucky to have you, Rosaria, you love him dearly."
Giggling, she hugged the stuffed teddy to her chest before looking back up at him.
"Hey, Mi... Have you heard any news from your sister? I wish to meet her one day, she sounds wonderful and beautiful. I wonder when Luna will visit me... and I do wish that Jess would come back from her quest quickly. I worry so over her."
Smiling as he grabbed a few more strands of her silken silver hair, he began to twirl it about his fingers again as he looked down at her.
"No, I have yet to recieve her next letter, though I am sure it is coming soon. Luna will visit soon, she told me this morning she had a lot to do, many got injured fighting the bandits in the woods, she may not be back until late tonight for dinner... And do not worry so much over Jessika, she is a big girl. She is an admirable Hero, especially for her young age, not but a year younger than I... She will be back before you know it. Just close your eyes and wish, Rosaria..."
Smiling and giving a giggle, she leaned forward and cuddled against his chest, snuggling Regald close to her chest as she leaned her head on his shoulder and closed her eyes. A certain glow came about the young girl and soon cheering could be heard, trumpets blowing. Smiling brightly, she jumped up and grabbed Miika's hand, running towards the golden gates to her home.
"You were right, Mi, Jess is back! Oh, and look... here comes Luna now! She probably heard the cheering!"

A young man with light brown hair covering half his face strode through the streets carrying an infant child in his arms. He looked around wearily, he wasnt a fighter he was a lawyer after all. He ran when he thought that he saw a man wearing white robes. Who were these men in white, he knew they were part of the ruling faction of Darin Van Alexandria.
"I cannot fail Master Dallis...I couldnt speak to him again if I fail..."

Rosaria's attention was quickly turned to the frantic man with the infant child. Blinking her brilliant bright red eyes, she held onto Miika's hand as she raced towards the man. Stopping, holding her teddy bear close to her chest, she looked up at him with curious eyes.
"Why are you so frantic, Sir? Do the people of Calde'Ara frighten you so?I am Rosaria Grabriev, and this is Miika Cordaire.. Are you looking for someone to help you?"
Miika stood behind her and blinked when Rosaria grabbed his arms, pulling his arms over her shoulders to lean back on his chest as her hands grabbed a hold of his. Ahh... She was feeling a little bit shy. So he relaxed and allowed his fingers to gently wrap around her small, fragile hands as her petite figure leaned back into him.
"If you look for help with the infant, we can lead you to the Gabriev home. If you are looking for directions, Rosaria can give them.."
Miika was unsure of if this man had heard of the Gabriev family or not. They were a famous family, being the lineage of famous heros past, and having famous daughters such as the current hero, Jessika, the highest ranking healer, Epashtenaluna, and the Blessed, Rosaria.

"A man in white robes has been following me....he is one of King Darin Van Alexandria's men he seeks to steal the heir of the Dallis line away!"
Sidney looked around and saw who it was clearly, it was Dranz a former lieutenant of the Silver Guard. He moved franticly as he saw the man cast his robes to the side.
"Give me the child Sid and I wont hurt you.....the child is innocent but you, you sided with the tainted one....our king has requested your head but if you give me Joshua I will let you go..."
The mans white armor clattered lightly as he hefted a jeweled long sword into an attack stance.
Of course as if on cue a woman wearing a silver robe stood on top of a lamp post. She had the most dazzling of eyes a lovely jade green.
"My my my....has Galdrei become so bold as to begin a genocide of the impure...."
She grasped her shotel blades a set of s shaped swords, and landed on the ground in front of Sid. She then pushed back her hood and revealed her face, her dark brown hair in two high pony tails.
"You there get them out of here....the Miisantian Wolf Guard will repay you nicely..."

Wiggling free from Miika's protecting arms, Rosaria ran out infront of the man and woman. She looked from one to the other with her arms held out, screaming no.
"No! No! Blood cannot be shed in Calde'Ara! I cannot allow it! Please, fight somewhere else! Do not shed blood... do not shed blood..."
Pulling a sword from it's sheath at his side, Miika rushed to Rosaria and grabbed her in his free arm, moving his body infront of her own as he held his sword with danger in his eyes.
"Listen to the Blessed. Leave this city, blood will not be spilt here. Take it just beyond the gates if you must, but not a single drop of blood shall be spilt on this ground."
Slowly walking up with her obsidean long sword pulled out. She fought the man until they reached the gate, then kicked him outside of the gate, snarling. She looked back to the woman in the silver robes before she plunged outside, sword drawn, striking down on the armor clad man.
"Are you going to help while they get the child and the man safely away or what!"
Jessika continued to push him backwards with force, not violence. Not yet. She was waiting for the woman in the silver robes to do the violance, she was using force to keep violance from their city.
Sheathing his sword, he knelt infront of Rosaria and waited for her to climb onto his back before he whistled for Jessika, watching her obediently retreat back into the city as the gates slammed shut. She ran over and grabbed the hand of the lawyer, sword still drawn at the ready. She turned and gently grabbed the infant, handing him to Luna before she grabbed the lawyer's hand again and raised towards her home, glancing to each side to see Luna beside her, holding the infant safely to her chest, Miika with Rosaria on his back just on the other side of her.
Bursting through the doors of her home, she looked upon her father and gave but a nod before she raced down a spiraling staircase, kicking a door to the cellar open. She shoved the lawyer inside of the cellar and held the door open to wait for Miika and Luna. Once Luna and Miika were inside, she closed the cellar door and ran back upstairs to see her father and mother with their weapons drawn. They stood in the main room of their home, waiting.
"I do not think this robed lady will fail, father, but just in case, be at the ready. I do not know who she is, but I believe that she can handle this man on her own."
Climbing down off of Miika's back, Rosa walked over to Luna and gently took the infant, kissing him on the forehead before handing him back to the lawyer.
"You are safe now. We will keep you safe. Blood will be spil inside these walls if it is necessary, but we will not fail you, Sir. If we succeed, you will be free to stay here and raise the child within the walls of heros."

Sid blushed lightly when he was kissed on the forehead.
"Trust her....she is a Miisantian and those people are from the land of heroics...about all Miisantian lines are heroes..."
Sid extended his arms for the child. He felt naked with out Josh in his arms. Of course Joshua began to cry when he realized he wasn't in Sid's arms.
The gates were kicked open by the man who seemed much stronger than an average human. Dranz ran forward and swung his sword for the young woman.
"Die tainted one!!!"
The woman spun out of the way and cast her robes off and stood in an attack stance. She was in attire thaat could make Miika blush, she knew Jareth liked it...hell she always became his wife once but she lost him to Sandra. She wore a black tank top, camoflague skirt, and combat boots. She then lunged forward, deflected the sword with her swords.
"Didn't Jareth say to you strength could kill......but speed always......"
She ran forward and cleaved away at his arms spreading blood across, the ground then kicked him back.
"Kills!"

"Clearly you are an outsider. The Gabriev family was built on nothing but generations of heroes and their mother's family was built on heroes and the Blessed. I wouldn't expect you to know what a Blessed is because if you don't know a Gabriev when you see one, you couldn't possibly know of the Blessed. They rarely travel outside of Falderas."
Miika smiled and put his arms back over Rosaria's shoulders before looking back towards Sid.
"Blood is spilt, the screams of the villagers tells me that much. Apparently this hero isn't much for listening. Blood was not to be spilt inside of this city. Not where a Blessed lives. But Rosaria can make it all go away when the battle is over, can't you, Ria?"
Leaning back against Miika as she grabbed a hold of his hands, she giggled and smiled up at him.
"Yes, Mi, I can do anything you want me to. Just as I can do anything you want me to do for you, Sid."
Though he had not given his name, Rosaria already knew what it was. This, of course, would probably shock him thoroughly.
"Joshua will be safe here, the kiss I placed upon your forehead has protected both of you, neither of you can be found now until Joshua is ready to protect himself... he is a very important baby, I wish to see him grow safely and become quite the hero. He will recieve none other than the best training we have to offer in Falderas."
Gripping her sword tighter, rage flared into the crystaline eyes of Jessika. Blood was spilt. Damnit! Is the robed woman too incompitent to understand the importance of keeping their city pure, untainted by blood?! Jessika's patience was thinning, if the woman didn't stop fooling around and finish him off soon, she would do it herself. She was quite capable of it, being the best hero yet in Falderas. Who cared if she hadn't been a Guardian's specific chosen? What mattered was she was the best hero yet to be born in all of Falderas and she knew her limits quite well, but she also knew that she had horrible patience.

"Well Lundaria has a line like that.....a few actually....but the one name that seems to be frequent across the world. Dallis. You honestly must have heard of them. Annnnnnnnd yeah shes a Miisantian as is Dranz....they have a lot of hate for each other...Kallista knows the truth about Dranz."
Sid saw what became of the servants of Galdrei they couldnt die, they had regeneration of high level. He also knew what Kallista was doing, she was buying time.
"Trust me...there are things you don't understand about Lundarians....we have a tendancy to be stubborn. We break the rules to get the job done."

Kalli had a deadly look in her eyes like that of a wolf on the hunt. She twirled her blades as Dranz regenerated, she then kicked off the ground and lifted into the air.
"You see theres one thing about you elitist outer continents you don't know what it takes sometimes..."
She pulled out a scroll and knicked her thumb on her blade wiping the blood on the scroll. She flipped in the air and landed on the ground slamming the scroll to the ground. A small tremor coursed through the ground and a piece of ground catapaulted Dranz outside of the city and into the distance.
"Justice walks a nicer shade of gray....the light blinds you to things you should see clearly...you understand? I only grazed him with my blades...about one man stands a chance of killing him...and that is the man I would do anything for."

"Conversation between us is obviously failing. Yes, we've heard of the Dallis family, but no desire to encounter them. We have our own heroes, and no use for any other. We didn't want trouble to be brought to this city, which is why it was built so far away from everything else. Seems everything that we worked hard to create has been spoiled. I'm going to guess the child you hold in your arms is a Dallis. Why come all the way to Falderas with a Dallis child? You must have had some knowledge of the Gabriev family if you came all the way to Falderas, or were you looking for Bowerstone."
Rosaria turned around and gently put a hand on Miika's face.
"Do not be so angry, Mi. It is not the child or Sid to blame. Nobody is to blame. We can find a new area, more secluded, build yet another town. Or, we could stop running and allow our town to be tainted with blood. It will not spoil, nothing is spoiled. I am still here."
Turning, she smiled softly towards Sid.
"Please forgive Mi. He has protected this town since he was just a teenager, to protect me, to protect his entire world. This town is all he has right now, he was shipped away from his family and those he loved. He doesn't want any more pain, but he thinks that pain follows him, so please forgive his attitude."
Turning back to Mi she wrapped her arms around his waist and pulled him close, laying her head against his chest.
"Just close your eyes and wish for strength, Mi... That's all you have to do, strength to keep your beautiful heart safe. If your heart is untouched, your world is unspoiled. We are the Gabriev's, our worlds do not spoil until a heart has been broken."
Luna watched from a corner as Miika tangled his fingers gently in Rosa's hair and closed his eyes. She smiled softly before she turned and looked to Sid.
"We're not leaving. Please understand that we cannot abandon Calde'Ara. It is our home, and we tire from running. You and the child are safe as long as Rosa is here, and as long as you stay near her."

"What I am saying is if the boy is to have training it would have to correspond with his wishes...and I just came here by chance I got on the wrong boat...I was supposed to go to Solsaris..."
He looked at Josua who was sleeping soundly. He wore proudly the Shield of Lancaster on his shoulder which showed a stag carrying a sword in its Antlers.
"I am only going to stay here until I receive the word that Alexandria has been freed from the opression..."

Kalli turned on her heal and walked to where Sid and Joshua were escorted to. She then pulled out a talisman of the Great Balance and held it out.
"Take this....it is the symbol of my master...no relgious symbol but more of a philosophy...as you see the border between the halves is silver...you have to walk in the twilight to see everything."

Standing in the doorway and bowing her head respectfully to the robed woman, she took the talisman and nodded her head. She waited until the woman was on her way before she walked towards the cellar, opening the door and handing the talisman to Sid.
"The child might want this as he grows."
"We can offer no more training than what we have already. If his wishes are too far fetched, then we cannot provide..."
"In other words, if we cannot please him with our training, you will have to find someplace elsewhere for him to train..."
Miika's eyes were still closed and his voice had softened. He slowly opened his blue eyes and smiled to see Rosaria holding his cross necklace between her lips.
"Rosa, are you hungry?"
Clapping her hands, she hugged Luna and Jess tight before she went over and gave Sid a soft hug, blowing a kiss to Joshua before she climbed up onto Miika's back.
"Dinner! You read my mind, Mi, you're amazing!"

Sid sat quietly and spun the talisman around quietly, he knew things. He had seen the oracle of Fate and would try to remain as Neutral as he could. It wouldnt be Joshua who would become a great king. It would be another child.
"Joshua will only be a politician...its another that will be born who will be the hero. The Greatest Hero to exist."

"We here have little interest in other continets happenings, Sir."
Jessika looked at him before turning and walking up the stairs after Miika and Rosaria.
"Forgive my families lack of manners... We've been hitting some rough spots, everyone's all stressed and things like that. We do care about other heroes, but Falderas cares nothing of other heroes. Falderas only appreciates Falderas heroes, therefore, our Gabriev name... Falderas people are closed-minded."
Luna smiled tenderly at him and gently touched his hand.
"Now come. Lets get you some dinner and find you a nice, comfortable room. Will the child be sharing your bed, or would you rather him have a crib?"

"Actually you should be worried....on the trip here I saw many Anaaldisian warships traveling the ocean...we Lundarians have much respect for other nations. After all we are descended from other continents..."
He looked at the sleeping infant then back to Luna quietly, and nodded softly.
"Yes a crib would be required....I dont want to smash him in my slumber....I dont lay still..."
