Costa del Sol (コスタ・デル・ソル, Kosuta deru Soru?): A coastal resort town that also serves as the main port on the western continent. The player can purchase President Shinra's summer cottage here, though for a hefty sum. The first time the team travels through Costa del Sol, they encounter Hojo. Cloud can also kick a soccer ball at a sleeping Red XIII on the first visit.

Cloud Parked his bike outside the hotel he was staying at for the night. He got off his bike and looked down towards the water. It was quiet. There was a few couples sitting near the water enjoying the view and sound of the ocean. Everything was quiet.
Cloud made his way over to the beach and stood there, A good enough distance away from the relaxing couple. He just wanted to enjoy the view of the ocean and the stars before heading to bed.
It was beautiful. This would be a good break from everything. Just for a while. He needed this. This place was So diffrent from Midgar. He thought about Yuna. he wondered what she was doing. Probably some kind of job.
He nodded to himself slightly and made his way to the hotel for a goods nights rest.

The turk girl was still standing down in the cell room as she watched Valame walk out she flipped open her phone and called Cloud. It had been a few days now since they had spoken a word to each other.
It kept ringing. "Please be there..."

Cloud was relaxing on the beach. He was in his Swim trunks, Sunglasses on, laying on one of the chairs they had set out on the sand.
"RING" His Phone went off. (( It was a shame Cloud didn't have the Victory fanfare ringtone. >.>)) Cloud Sat up quickly, looking over and his normal pair of pants that was set next to his seat. Who would be calling...? He shurged a bit and reached down, taking the cell phone out of his pant pocket. He then layed back and got into a comfortable position.
" ...Hello...? "

As soon as she heard the hello she smiled instantly. The girl leaned against the wall taking a moment.
"Cloud." She replied and kept smiling. "It's me Yuna!" The girl was excited that she was able to talk on the phone finally with him. "I miss you..." The words just shot out of her mouth, but how realistic they were was the sad truth.
Hugging the phone to her ear she questioned. "Where have you been? Did you hear about the incident that Just happend?" There was so much she wanted to say.

" Yuna.." Cloud was not suprised that she called. He did just kinda leave without any notice or anything. She must have finaly had some time off.. " I ... Miss you too.." Cloud cheeks Turned a slight pink, and he felt it. He quickly surveyed the area to make sure no one was looking at him. Why would they be? They had no reason too. But He couldn't help himself. He found it kindof embarrasing even though no one was paying any attention to him.
" Im at the beach...Costa Del Sol. I didn't hear anything. What Incident..? Yuna, I came here to get away from things like that. Is this incident that important..? "

She ploped down in the hallway hugging her knee's up to her chest. Yuna loved hearing that she was missed, it made her feel at home. "Well don't get too comfty...you may not like this news but..." Letting out a sigh she told it straight forward.
"Sephiroth is back." Her voice said softly. "Not only Sephiroth though...Zack and that Aeris girl..." She started to trail off not knowing if it was important or not to him.
"Tifa and I were sent there to check things out and Sephiroth...I've really never seen him before but he almost got rid of Valame. But yet...I really didn't sense any danger at all."

" Sephiroth is back. Not only Sephiroth though...Zack and that Aeris girl." Clouds mouth may have dropped a bit at this news. Sephiroth, not so much, But Aeris and Zack? He had to see it to believe it. Visions and memories of them came running back. The death of both of them sent a small shiver up his spine. He stayed silent for a minute before remembering that Yuna was on the phone, probably wondering if he had hung up.
He couldn't say much. To much was on his mind. he just blurted out whatever came to mind first.
"... Im on my way. " He hung up the phone and reached down for his regular clothes. He grabbed them and stood up, making his way back to his rented hotel room.

When they arrived, it was predawn, with the sky just beginning to lighten, and their commanding masters were swift to express their ease. The taste of salt on the air, the humidity and heat… it was little question as to where they were. A ways from the town of Costa del Sol, they were unloaded and the masters lined them up, hard glares settling each of them.
“Your orders are simple. To create the unison necessary for a new pack, you will traverse the terrain from this locale back to Headquarters. The time you take must be under that of three days, and you must each issue a full report upon returning. Navigating away from the direct route back to Headquarters is unforgivable. Each Raven here is given the order to subdue or kill any that attempt to break away from the pack. Keep in mind this is a covert training operation: you are not to be seen. You may begin as soon as 0600 hours. Dismissed.”
With relief the operatives moved back into the large nondescript van and started the engine. It was only a matter of time before they had completely left the six of them behind. Operations like this were not unusual, contrary to the opinion of some. They were often some of the final methods used for testing the strength and endurance of the bonds made between a pack of Ravens. Nearly every Raven at one point or another endured this type of trial. But with Costa so close, and Reno here as well… it was clear this was another sort of test altogether.
Touscon glanced over to Reno and her gaze diminished into a glare. “Don’t get yourself killed, shithead.” Then she brushed past him to check the sun and further analyze the Ravens they’d be running with. This was an opportunity, clearly. But one against four…. She was no melee fighter, nor a powerhouse. s**t. I’m going to die on this ******** mission.
It was 0550 hours.[Your turn, Azzy. xD <3]

Reno Reno hadn't nearly gotten enough sleep, but up-up-up he was when the guards grabbed him up and threw him into that damned vehicle. The whole ride, Reno stayed awake. He didn't stare down at the floor, but he didn't stare up at the ceiling either. He just stared straight ahead. It was probably the longest he had even kept quiet in a group of people. Even when they arrived at their destination, the red head didn't speak.
To be painfully honest, Reno was secretly fuming about his cut hair.
As he listened to the instructions his "masters" regurgitated, he found his eyes finally wandering to the Ravens he was assigned with. He only somewhat minded Touscon's presence, that is, until she called him a shithead. Then he was really agitated.
He inhaled deeply. And then he exhaled. Better to get this over with. But jesus, a run from here back to Junon in three days? Not like he doubted his ability to do so. He could definitely tell the difference in his body now, modified, artificially perfected... Or whatever. Reno didn't really have the time to test out his strength, nor did he have much desire to. Lately, he hadn't been desiring much of anything, other than a task to perform. A part of him was telling him that something was going horribly wrong, and that Reno always had a desire to do something, whether it be to drink, ******** or indulge in some kind of trouble. Or drug. But now it was just... Touscon, Touscon, Touscon... Hojo... Ravens. Well. At least he still had some of his personality left. He figured, why fight it?
Reno couldn't help but look after Touscon, however, as she made her way across the field. He watched her for a moment, before examining the scenery himself. He looked at the distance from his current position to Costa, and he wanted to just... He turned away from the town. Even if he wanted to escape, there were four other Ravens he had to watch out for. And then there was Touscon. He wasn't really sure if he had to worry about her or not. Everything was so bloody confusing with her. He didn't want to think about it.I'm in the same prison as you...

Time passed swiftly again. It did not take long for the Raven to scout out her comrades. Some conversation was made, idle almost animalistic in inquiry. The tasting of the air between each, acutely aware of any disharmonious intentions, all a normal procedure. One swiftly discarded as another femme in the group stepped up close to Touscon, her red irises a stark contrast to her black ones. There was a grin on her face, however the fangs bared in such an expression were welcoming. An unusual sight to be certain—but for what reason? They were comrades. And this Raven, she must have been easily forgiving.
“So,” she purred alluringly. “You two partners?” Idly the red-eyed Raven’s gaze roved past the slim dark haired woman to settle on Reno. Touscon’s eyes narrowed before she forced herself to relax. Whirling around, she set a hand on her hip and shouted at the man. “Hey Red! Get over here!” Swiftly, her dark eyes fixed themselves back on the woman’s crimson gaze. “Yeah,” she finally answered the woman. “At least once,” she emphasized, gleaming eyes turning onto the ex-Turk wickedly. “Isn’t that right, Red?”
“Alpha, you whore,” hissed one of the males reproachfully at the red-eyed Raven.
“Shut it, Bane,” said Raven barked back lazily. “You get plenty enough when you’re good.” A sinful smile covering her lips as she brushed against Touscon and past towards the redhead. “So you’re Red, eh babe?” she questioned, sidling right up to Reno, looking him over unabashedly.
Touscon watched silently, feeling the other Ravens—all males—draw near. She knew what was happening. She just wondered if Reno would be able to survive this. She would say nothing however, just stand and watch. If she interfered, everything she hoped to be able to obtain later would be compromised. It would never work. Reno would go back to the headquarters in Cosmo and by then, what hopes she had for freeing him, maintaining that human spark in him… would be gone. Still, she stared over the back of the only other female Raven, the one Bane had called Alpha, and glared her warning to Reno. Watch out, you b*****d.
A moment later, Alpha smirked. Within a second the red-eyed Raven had pulled out a sawblade across the length of her arm, banded right down from shoulder to wrist and splitting across the back of her hand until the jagged edges receded between her curled fist. She rushed the redhead, testing his reflexes. If he died from this assault, it was because he was not destined to be a part of their pack. This was the test any new Raven was put through when being integrated in a new pack. If they survived, they were accepted. A death meant they weren’t worth keeping.
Besides, this was no death match. If he truly did die, he wasn’t worth s**t. If he got cut, he would be joshed and toyed with, but kept if not respected. If he escaped unscathed, he was in. Simple.
“Don’t ******** die, Red!” Touscon called, her arms crossed, her appearance casual. If he died… ******** it all. There’d be no point in staying sane any more. She’d go out with a helluva bang. Still. Damn that would suck. So don’t you ******** die, Reno.

Reno Reno had trailed behind Touscon the whole way so far... With his hands in his pockets and his head down, he was lost in his own little mind. Normally Reno wasn't so quizzical, or even caring, about the situation he was soon to be getting into, but for now he felt he didn't have anything else to think about.
Of course, when Touscon was stopped by one of the other ravens, Reno was able to concentrate on the matter at hand. He watched from a short distance, only to be called over by Touscon herself. He obliged after a short time of hesitation. The fact that she had called him Red instead of Reno or...whatever his number had been, he had forgotten it already, made him wonder if she was trying to be cute, or just annoying.
"What?" Reno barked in response, finally standing within a much more comfortable range among the three of them, until a fourth came. He had ignored Touscon's snide remark, for once not feeling funny. He gave the new arrival a once over before putting all his attention on the red eyed raven. She was coming nearer to him, invading his personal space...and her eyes showed no sense of innocence what so ever.
He could feel the presence of the other ravens drawing nearer, even as this woman here continued to circle him. "I don't know who else I'd be," he replied, a little bitey. He cocked an eyebrow at her as she passed him again. There was just one more stare that he could feel penetrating him as these red eyes did. Touscon's gaze was burning the back of his skull and it made his whole head tingle.
There was a moment of intense stillness right before the raven had brandished her weapon. Reno did not move as the woman rushed him, but just before she would have made contact, he fell backwards and rolled slightly. And just as she made her way closer, he kicked his legs out and pushed back on his hands, which were on the ground, and kicked her hard in the stomach, away from himself.
Once Reno hit the ground again, he quickly jumped to his feet and withdrew his baton. If she was going to rush him again, though he wasn't so sure she'd try, this time he wasn't going to bother with the acrobats.I'm in the same prison as you...

Touscon watched with no little amount of smugness as Reno swiftly reacted as Alpha lunged at him. His move was definitely unexpected, something she wasn’t sure the ‘old Reno’ would even have done. But for the time being, she was glad that he had done it. Alpha, on her part, was caught square in the stomach, but even as she was flung back, her arms turned inwards and slashed at the ground, ripping up dirt and slowing her. Within a moment she had wrenched her arms free of earth and got off her rump, an irate look in her red eyes.
A little to the left and behind Touscon, Bane scoffed, mimicking the thin Raven’s actions and crossing his arms. “Serves you right, Alpha,” he called out. Touscon was not so comfortable with his close presence. It was all too probable that even though her Raven training had been proved as a paired agent, she would be attacked at any time herself. It made her uncomfortable, knowing the three males to her sides and back were mostly silent and did not interact much with either of them. Bane and Alpha seemed the most talkative of the lot. In addition to that, Touscon was certain that Alpha was not the leader of this group. A Raven of her quality had merit only as a privileged mate. Beyond that, her uses were limited to placation and breaking down unconscious defenses.
That left the two males so far silent. Bane was not the leader of this pack. That was certain. The disrespect Alpha threw towards him would never have been allowed by the pack leader, regardless what kind of personality he had. This then, was not good news at all. The best thing to happen so far besides Reno’s surprising capability under the abrupt attack was that these battles always happened one at a time. The pack was to be respectful and watch without interfering. Whether Reno knew these rules or not, did not matter. Soon, he would. Just as Touscon did, watching in silence on the sidelines.
Alpha in the meanwhile had spit a venomous, lolling curse at Bane and gazed once more at Reno, her red eyes amused as she saw him pull out his baton. “That all you got, Red? Better have the walk to go with that swagger,” she growled, a surprisingly pleasant sound. Swiftly she lunged head on for him again, but just as she was within arm’s reach of him, she leapt to his right and spun, wrapping her arms around her body and clenching her fist before punching downwards at his face, hoping to rend it with the sawblades just past her knuckles. If that didn’t work, she had a leg coming for the middle of his back along with that.
Touscon, in the meanwhile, was finally able to start relaxing. This… was nothing. The woman might have been good in a team, but alone, Reno would be able to handle her. A genuinely happy smirk crept over her face.
“You’re confident,” a voice broke through her thoughts. She turned her head to meet the owner of the deep, slow voice. To the right and above her stood a brown-skinned Raven with dark brown hair. She narrowed her eyes at the male before reminding herself to loosen up. “I’ve been around,” she responded, turning her attention back to the exchange. “You’re untrained pack-wise, though,” the male pointed out as he too watched the fight. “Watch us, and you’ll hopefully learn. If not, you’ll be put down.”
It was not a threat. It was reason. She pursed her lips before gazing up at the male again. “Daryl,” he answered her unspoken question. “Touscon,” she replied, a smile tugging at her lips. “Nice to meet the true alpha of this pack.” The Raven to her right cracked a smile in return, and she could feel his eyes settle on her once more. Go ahead. I’m not taken, she thought and allowed the slight widening of her smile. So far, things were working out well.

Reno Reno hadn't needed anyone to tell him that this was a one on one, and would always be a one on one amongst them, once he saw Touscon and the other Ravens standing back calmly, making no effort to help either the little lady or he himself. It was better that way.
In fact, once Alpha mocked "Red's" weapon, he was actually starting to have fun. He laughed out loud. "Oh, don't you worry, yo." He shrugged his shoulders, as if he still had his old jacket on...the effect wasn't quite the same, but Red hardly noticed because he was readying himself for Alpha's second rush. His eyes felt much quicker than they had when he was back at Cosmo Canyon, and he knew he was already quick on his feet. Being a Turk like Reno had been was proof of that.
When Alpha charged at him, he watched again, but instead of trying to hit him head on, she quickly jumped to his right and took a swing at him. But Red was ready for it, even if it had been a surprise--he ducked down and slammed his baton down on her inner arm that had gone to punch him, but he hadn't been expecting the kick. With his having ducked, it had hit him square between the shoulder blades. He was forced to kneel from the impact, but rolled with it so he could get out of her range again. He spit at the ground as he turned around, legs bent like a cat ready to pounce. His baton was raised, ready to swing, and his free hand was in the dirt.I'm in the same prison as you...
