Also known as Rave Master in the states, or just RAVE in plain manga form.
It's my favorite manga... And I wish I could see the original series subbed, or even raw. So far I'm up to Vol. 15, and it's awesome. Hiro Mashima is really good at telling his own story. Parts of it don't seem completely original, but when mixed together it gets a really awesome result.
Your guild captain says go read RAVE, at least Vol. 6, because that's where Sieg Hart has his fight with Haru. Sieg Hart is ********' awesome. (And he has blue hair, =P)

Yeah I red the first manga for Rave, and it was pretty intresting so far. So he amalgamates ((Combines)) old ideas with newer ones huh? Well we sometimes can't be original, though it's a crime to steal another persons work and claim it as your own right? So you take inspiration from other peoples works and tell a story that's similar to that one, but in your prespective, not to erase the name of the author and put down your name instead.

Does anyone know what the most recent US-released volume of RAVE is? I need to collect fast to keep up to date, XD.
Plus, has anyone ever seen the REAL anime? As in the original non-dubbed? It's Opening themes are catchy, XD.
UH.... Ruby, Plue, Griff or (that one chef guy, I forgot his name already)?

XD I have that video and song. But isn't it called "RAVE-o-lution"? Some nitwit thought it was called "Quest fo Glory", which would make SOME sense considering the first part of the manga/series. But not for the rest.

Yeah, I went there late last night... A lot of the voices I didn't expect. I then went to YouTube today to find more eps...
Same fate as Bo-bobo, the anime got cut-off midway. The last episode to air was episode 51, where Lucia arrives and becomes the next King at DC HQ, and Elie finds out a little more of her memory.
That really sucks, =O. At least the OP sequences are cool, XD.

*goes into Atelier Iris fits* Hmm now that I see the meaning behind "amalgam," it makes perfect sense :0
I have the Vietnamese version of RAVE. One volume is a little more than a half of a real volume though ... so even though I have about 20, it's really a little more than 10 or so, I think. I got up to where Elie drank some sort of poison because she felt it's her fault that Musica "died". What volume is that?
Oh, and the Vietnamese publishers edit cleavages like crazy. :D
edit:
When I first read the manga, I didn't know anything about Tales of Symphonia at the time aside from the title, so I thought it's based on Tales of Symphonia ... haha.

Beats me, all I know is that he gets killed by Doryu during the Southernburgy arc thing... Elie's drinking poison, that doesn't seem familiar... *Goes and looks up* *Still has no clue* Would this possibly be during the Enclaim thing...? If so, I think I know where you're at.
