First of all, I apologize if there is already a thread about musicals, but I did look around and I didn't see any...
So, who here likes musicals? You know, Phantom of the Opera, The King and I, Les Mis, stuff like that?
If you like musicals, what's your favorite and why? Who's your favorite musical actor/actress? What's your favorite song in a musical? Ever been in one? If so what was your character?
Stuff like that.

I LOVE musicals! They are amazing to me! . . . maybe it's because I want to be in brodway when I get older but anyways lol I LOVE phantom of the opera, and right now I'm obsessed with the disney movie High school musical! I also love chicago, Greese, and lots of other musicals!

are also rather awesome.

Wicked all the way!! I even went to see it on Broadway last febuary pirate In my chorus concert I even sung a solo at the beginning of Defying Gravity!

OMGOMG!!!! I lova musicals, I mosly like singing the music in them, like i like to sing phantom of the opra from Phantom of the opra, Memory from cats. Cell block tango from Chigago, ONce Upon a December from Anastasia, Beauty and the Beast from Beauty and the Beast. and sooooooo many more.

Phantom of the Opera- "
Guys and Dolls-"Oldest Established", "Fugue for Tinhorns"
Lion King- "I Just Can't Wait to be King"
Gypsy- "Gotta Have a Gimmick"
Little Women- "Somethings are Meant to be", "Astonishing"
Hairspray- "I Can Hear the Bells"
Rent-"You'll See", "Vie la Boheme"
West Side Story- "America"
Nightmare Before Christmas- "Jacks Lament" (yes, I saw it performed on stage)
um.. I'll add more later, I know I saw at least 4 more last season...

I LOVE HAIRSPARY ITS THE BEST I GOT TO SEE IT wen it came to san fran i love it....even though its kinda different from the paly i still love........and omgosh i cant wait to see guys and dolls again i was in guys and dolls at me school and i loved it......guys and dollls is one of my fav. musicals.....wow i can talk alot abouit musicals

I'm a Musical Theater nerd. Love it. It's what I'd love to do with my life.
I have many that I like: Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Tick tick Boom, The Wedding Singer, Legally Blonde, Wicked, etc.

I love to watch musicals! My friends call me gay a lot because of it though...(I'm not) Phantom of the Opera is my favorite so far. I'm constantly humming the 'Overture' and 'Angel of Music' at school...

Yep, I like musicals. They're pretty fun. My top two favorites are RENT and Wicked. Both of which I've seen whoo <3

I seem to only enjoy a very select few musicals. I adore RENT, Phantom of the Opera, Into the Woods and Wicked. Though I've only seen Into the Woods performed live, and I've only read Wicked and listened to the soundtrack millions of times ^.^. However Chicago was probably the worst movie I've seen in a long time, and High School Musical makes me what to laugh at how ridiculous it is.
