YAY!!!
I'm excited. The track season has finally come and that means for all of us sprints, long distance, and throwers...we get to have some fun.

wow - i suck at the mile relay (4x4)
my sprint event is the hurdles - both 100m and 300m...
i can't believe our season is almost over - district is in 2 weeks...! i'm stioked...

i love track, my fav!
my favorite is the 100m dash, i suck at relays
i also like the 800 m and the 1600 m

I perfer distance over short sprinting. For now, it is a good way to kepp me in shape for cross country next year. I'm running the 400m and the 800m in my track meets ^_^

i run the 50 meter dash and i did run cross country when it was in season!!!! eek

hello im solomon but everyone calls me sol i love cows i dont no y though
im 12 and in6th grade SMS a small school in springfeild oregon i luv 2 run and so does my freind castro(his first name is anthony but i call him castro)we run alot i like punk rock and im also a christian (booya)my gf is Kamzy we go to the same school whee woot my best freind is ryan he is physco litterally i have been running 4 about 3-4 years now its the best thing ever!!!!! i luv running heart heart heart heart heart
so thats me pretty much.oh and i luv the beatles the used and AFI and
my chemical romance

I tend to like sprints over long distance (although I do run the 800m...). I do the 4x400m and the 400m. The 400m. is my favorite! 3nodding
