Hello runners blaugh ^^ i made this for everyone who has questions on anything you need to know about distance....
Topics:
what to eat before races
what to do when you run

You're welcome, o master advice giver! lol yea, I'm not good at running advice at all hehe what I do before races will have other people sick if they tried it (I eat a little something right before. I'd die w/o it though!)

well you should know this but the best thing for you to have the night before a race is pasta or something high carb
fruits help for storing energy and ya juice of any kind
candy is a no no^^

bananas.... coach buys us sOoOoOOooO many bananas to eat b4 a race cuz there's something in there that makes you not faint and have a lot of energy for a race.... @.o....lol

How could I forget bananas! One of the team moms always bought a big bunch of bananas and brough them in.

megafrost!!!! sweatdrop guess not too many people like the distances blaugh It's kind of funny because I'm all lazy and stuff at practice and want short practice runs, but I like the cross country meets. It gives you more time to get into the running groove and start working on passing people.

I just don't enjoy running in circles. The scenery gets boring and there's no shade here and there, so xc is the way to go!

And if you suck, you're not visible to the public the whole time!! biggrin haha hiding spots in the woods. scary surprise roots though after all the leaves have covered the ground though.
