The Rules
1. All Gaia rules apply here.
2. All Guild rules apply here.
3. Try to post frequently. If you are unable to post for some reason, please try to make sure you do not make someone else be stuck and unable to post because they were with your character.
4. No god-moding... though hopefully there's no need for me to say this, right? >> <<
5. No power plays... I'm sure it has other definitions elsewhere, but here it means you can't make your character miraculously gain the power to revolutionize the world or, aka, constantly beat the crap out of Utena in a duel. Doesn't happen! ><
6. No major story developments without informing all those who would have to be involved and the moderator, ME! first. All those involved and I must approve.
7. Just because something is posted in someone's profile does not mean other characters automatically know it. They must be told or find out somehow in the RP.

Duelling Rules
1. If you are challenged to a duel, you cannot turn it down without a reasonable excuse! (ie, You know you won't be able to be on, etc).
2. If you currently have the Rose Bride, expect to get duels! You will have to accept duels on a regular basis.
3. To initiate a duel, you must also do the following:

1. Your character must make the challenge in the RP
2. You must send a notice by PM to both the one being challenged and to me, Tsuki Amaterasu, containing a time and date for the duel to be carried out
3. When the one challenged accepts, they must send me a PM as well.
4. The following must be present for a duel: both duellists, and the Rose Bride (if one of the duellists currently has her).
5. If you agree to a duel once and miss it, the challenge may be set to a second time. If you miss it a second time, you automatically forfeit - even if you currently have the Rose Bride.

Order of the Rose
Countering the darkness, balancing with truth.
This world we seek to rediscover, giving birth to a new age.
Story
The Order of the Rose is an organization of the school elite. Those students who are intelligent, artistic, and strong of will. It is officially sanctioned as thus, an official school organization.
Its true purpose is to be the third group of duellists at Ohtori Academy - declared enemy of the organization known as the Black Rose Duellists. They seek to counter their darkness, and though they are on friendly terms, remove the lies of the Student Council...
As time progresses, it is known that their movements are directed by a mysterious figure known only as the Hierophant, and no one knows who it is.
Official Rules
1. Must, on a pretty regular basis, keep at least a 3.5 GPA. Members who do not will lose certain rights as a probation until they bring their grades back up. If their grades are not back up by the next time term or mid-term grades are posted, they are to attend something like a trial to plead their case and face expulsion from the Order.
2. Besides the regular academic class, members must take some sort of class to do with the arts.
3. Members are required to do something productive for the school during the term. Some examples would be fund-raising, grounds-keeping, etc. (Usually some sort of donation to the school that they make as a group, like a fountain, a new garden, etc...)
4. It is the responsibility of the president of the Order of the Rose to issue invitations to students to become members.
Unofficial Rules
1. It is a personal preference of the current president and founder of the Order that all members be a duellist, and thus carry out the organization's true purpose.
2. The position of vice-president will remain vacant until an individual comes along that the president feels will help in leading the Order against the Black Rose Duellists.
Uniforms and Badges
As a mark of honor, the members of the Order have a separate uniform. While there is a separate uniform for boys and girls, there is two similarities.
1. Each member of the Order wears a black choker around their neck.
a) The president's has a single crimson rose pendant in the center.
b) The vice president's has the same rose, only with a smaller black one at its center.
c) The secretary has two smaller roses side by side.
d) The treasurer has a smaller rose pendant as well, a small leaf to the side.
e) Everyone elses is plain!
2. Each member has a pendant pin that hangs on their uniform. Its true use is to unlock the duelling arena.
Housing
As a member of the Order, you are also given the privelege of living in a house on the edge of campus. It's away from the general hustle and bustle of school life, and you get your own room!
1) All officers have one of the four larger rooms on the ground floor.
a) The president and vice president's room connect through a small, sound proof meeting room, furnished simply with a round table with four chairs, cabinet, and a projection screen.
2) All other member rooms are on the two floors above.
3) Also on the bottom floor is a decked-out kitchen and fully furnished living room.
4) There is both a basement and an attic available for extra storage of things.

Touga Kiryuu stood idly nearby to the rose garden, completely in his natural element - surrounded by girls. That trademark, flirtatious smile was on his lips as he looked down at the girls, red locks of hair falling forward in a seductive manner that was just his own. The term 'wrapped around his little finger' would come to mind in this situation, and it was obvious from his behavior that he knew exactly how he affected these girls and was not above using it to his advantage.
But now, he had no real interest in the girls and would instead straighten his stature from leaning against a post and giving an idle wave to let them know that he was through with them for the time being. Nothing to really insult, but he was bored and would not feign otherwise. He would instead walk away from them as they dispersed in their individual directions. Pausing briefly, he tossed his deep blue gaze in the directiong of the green-house that took on the appearance of a gilded and glass-paned bird cage. It was in there that one would often find the Rose Bride... but he had no purpose with her for the time being, and so continued on his way.
Another president nearby watched the whole scene with a certain amount of scorn, shaking her head of wavy red hair before she turned and walked away. She understood more than anyone else could even claim how the student council president could behave in such a manner. It was simply in their blood to use whatever resources were at their disposal, no matter if it was a person or a thing. If anyone placed themselves close enough to them, it was their own fault for whatever hurt they might feel when they would almost inevitably be used to further their purposes... She just did not approve of the manner in which he used the girls that worshipped the ground he walked on. They served no other purpose than to inflate his ego.
But, refusing to dwell on it any longer, Order of the Rose President Yuna Kennedy turned her own blue-eyed gaze down to the painfull short roster of members of the Order. She had managed to acquire a treasurer and secretary and another member, but she was still without a vice president... but there would be no settling when it came to this particular matter. It was her own stubbornness that caused a sigh to escape her lips before she would rise from the bench on which she was seated, picking up a baseball bag that held her personal equipment and practice uniform and headed off in the direction of the baseball diamond and changing rooms.
Back at the Order of the Rose house, the current treasurer was off in one of the four rooms that had been sanctioned off as officer rooms in the three-story establishment. The room was rather uniform, consisting of a simple two-shelved trophy case that hung in the middle of one wall into which she sat her various awards behind the glass doors. Against the corner nearest the trophy case was her neatly made bed, her night-stand next to it. Opposite to it was her desk on which sat her computer, a neat stack of homework papers, and a lamp. Next to it was a bookshelf... But there were two oddities to this picturesque room. One happened to be in use at the moment - a punching bag hung from the ceiling in the middle of the room, out of safe swinging distance of anything breakable. Which was a good thing, because she was currently taking her frustrations out on it, a pair of simple white boxing gloves on her fists as she pummeled the piece of equipment.
The other oddity soon caught Sanjouin Chigusa's attention, and she turned to look at the wall that was simply covered with photographs, news clippings, and the like, simple table holding an unmarred year book, still crisp and like brand new. A simple glance was enough to frustrate her, so she grabbed some clothes and went to take a quick shower before heading out of the house and out onto the main campus.

Saionji was walking toward the rose garden, Anshii not in his company. His strides were long, as he was in a hurry. Even his green hair swaying with the speed of his feet. As he nears the rose garden he passes some girls that were talking loudly about Touga and how dreamy he was. Saionji's first thoughts were that Touga must have been wrapping them around his finger again. His feet lead him to his friend and confidant. "They are just smitten with you my friend. Touga this, Touga that. And they never tire, well of you anyway." He smirked looking to him. "Have you seen my bride?"

A young girl with shoulder length green hair and deep purple eyes was the center of attention as she walked down the hall of the office building of Ohtori Academy. The school had been out of her size uniform and so at the moment the pale girl was wearing the uniform from her old school. The skirt was pleated, but instead of a light green it was green and black plaid. The shirt underneath was the standard strached white, though a blazer over it was black. A regulation bag was in one hand and a fencing sword in the other, hidden in the sheath she carried it by.
Upon arriving at the school the girl had registered for both fencing and kendo, a thing that was sending murmurs all through the school. "How dare some new student violate the traditions of the teams?" It was a question racing around. And not only was she new, she was from England no less. This was an atrocity of the highest order to the students of Ohtori Acedemy.
The pale beauty did not seem to hear these murmurs, only making her way to the fencing courtyard so that she could finally begin to train with the outstanding students of Ohtori Acedemy. "I will make you proud." she muttered.

A slow smirk spread across his lips as a casual shrug rolled his shoulders. What else could he do? It's not like he could actually deny the truth that was inevitably underneath his friend's words. Inside, Touga could admit to himself that the constant idol worship from everyone was quite tiring... It's why someone like Tenjou Utena was such a breath of fresh air. She managed to shoot right through his carefully constructed facade of egotism and blaze right past. It seemed nothing he did could ever effect her... but he was resolved to break through her strength one day and have her for his own. But that aside for the moment... "No, I haven't seen Anshii at all today..."
Striding into the main office building, hair still slightly damp from her shower moving gracefully into its natural curls. Her heels clipped on the tiled floor with each confident stride, even though she had no real destination in mind. It was simply her manner that demanded she always look confident, always strong despite what she might be facing.
As she came upon a group of individuals whispering, which was nothing really new at Ohtori - the very foundation of the school seemed to be built upon secrets, lies, and hidden truths. But she slowed as she spotted what their attention seemed to be focused on. A light smirk came to pale pink lips as she slid into her element onf confidence and walked over to the green-haired girl, who, upon first impressions, appeared to be a younger, female version of the Student Council Vice President. But in case the girl was uncomfortable at all, she gallantly offered a hand to the girl. "Another new student comes to grace Ohtori's halls with beauty," she said in her very evident English (not American, English ^.^) accent... okay, she could be something of a flirt sometimes. It was only when she was trying to distract herself from something heavy weighing on her mind. "Chigusa Sanjouin," she introduced herself, using the name she had taken upon coming to this country.

The young girl smiled and gently took the blue haired hand. You could tell a lot about someone from their hands, something the girl knew all too well. In her mind she was carefully analyzing the texture of Chigusa's hand, the way she angled it when she shook, and even which hand it was. "It is nice to meet you Chigusa-senpai, and I'd like to thank you for the compliment." There was not a hint of a blush on the girl's cheeks, just a small smile of gratitude. She had a slight English accent from spending almost half her life in England.
"My name is Rina Kyoichi." The earily beautiful girl did resemble the student council's Vice President, Kyoichi Saionji. The almost paper white, and yet soft quality of the skin. Deep purple eyes that appeared to see into your soul, and the rich dark green hair that seemed to naturally wave around her face. The two were not identical, but if it hadn't been for the accent it would have certainly appeared that she was a very close blood relation. "Miss Chigusa, may I ask, do you perhaps practice a form of sword play?"
