Well, I'm not comfortable wearing particularly short skirts... but I prefer my skirts just above the knees. I like long skirts if they're made of a light and/or soft material... Mostly because it's so much fun to twirl.
Dresses are good too. Ah, I like too much.

I usually like long skirts but if it is shorts I wear it with panty hoes or stockings or something like that..
I never owned a real frilly dress since I was a kid but I think that it might look good on me and I would want it.
