I always wondered what kind of reaction Hideki's parents would have if they knew he was in love with Chi, a persocom. I also wondered what reaction would happen if Hideki decided to marry Chi. Gaah Clamp stopped the series too soon.

ladyrampage god, what happens when he tells his parents/children how he got chi to turn on in the first place. his mother would slap him and tell him hes a perv.or thats she disaproves of it thats what usly happens in anime

true, not to mention this isn't the only persocom anime, Ghost of the Shell is similar, and Appleseed the movie is about the same to an extent.
