Professor Dagon Thalion. Occlumency teacher. His office was the very picture of gothic victorian. With the fine leather furniture, floor-to-celing bookcases, random portraits, and jars of God only knew what decorating the walls, and of course all of it shrouded in an oppresive shadow. His desk was much like the one in his classroom, but with its back to the rooms one window which gave one a beautiful view of the lake and forbidden forest, when not encased in fog. Which it almost never was. The entire setting of the room was meant to comfort Professor Thalion, and utterly intimidate any foolish student who was sent to his office for punishment.

Professor Thalion waves his hand at the door, silently casting Alohamora on his door. He watched as the bolt slid back with a small click and the door swing on silent hinges inwards. How he was able to do the hand trick was that he typically kept his wand hidden in his sleeve, thus making the appearance of him not having a wand, yet still allowing him to cast spells. "Come in, Professor DarkSky, please, take a seat and make yourself at home."

*Raven walks in and takes a look around* "Please, call me Raven. It's quite interesting in here." *Takes a sit in front of Professor Thalion's desk*

"The name's Dagon." He smiled and extended a hand across his desk to shake hers. "And thank you, I tired to make it as much like my old office as possible."

*Raven grabs Dagon's hand and shakes it* "Thats a wonderful name. I need to work on my office. Its a bit plain at the moment. So how do you like it here at hogwarts teaching?" *Raven looks around as Dagon talks*

"Its interesting. I like the feel of an older castle, and this is certainly much larger than the school at Salem where I used to teach. And what do you mean plain? It seems to me that your office is much more...inviting than mine. So tell me, Raven," Dagon chuckled good-naturedly at the name. "Raven, such a pretty name. You know, that was my mother's name." Dagon shook his head momentairily. "But where are my manners? What subject do you teach? And would you like anything to eat or drink?"

*Raven Smiled* "Thankyou, I always hated my name when I was young, I do so enjoy it now. I teach Muggle Studies myself. My mother was a muggle, and my father decided to become a zoo keeper after going to hogwarts, so I was raised in the Muggle world. So teaching about it is really easy for me." *Raven Laughed* "Hmm perhaps a butterbeer would be nice"

Dagon smiled and nodded, again waving his hand so that a cabinent opened and two butterbeers sailed out. Landing neatly on the desk of front of either of them Dagon took his mug, but waited for Raven to take a drink. "Muggle Studies, eh? I always found that class rather fascinating. Though, I apologize, but I never took a great intrest in it."

*Grabs her butterbeer and opens it. Raven takes a big swig of it and sets the bottle on the desk* "Alot of students dont really enjoy muggle studies. Alot of muggle borns take it because its easy for them to pass. Some wizards are a bit fascinated by muggles so they like to come and take it. But mostly the students arent real interested in it"

"That's a real shame. Alot of the students don't take Occlumency, seeing no practical purpose for it and think its too hard." Dagon opened his bottle and took a drink from it before nodding to her. "I understand completely."

"Feel free to, if I could get students to sit in a class or two, then things would be even more interesting." Dagon shook his head to say no. "Well, correction. I have met one, the Care for Magical Creatures teacher. But me and Miss O'Fray go way back."

*Raven smiles* "Yes her lessons are fun. Thats one of my favorite classes. If I wasn't a muggle studies teacher I would have liked to be the care of magical creatures teacher" *Takes a sip of butterbeer*

"I've heard she's a good teacher. Actually, she's the one who introduced me to the headmisstress." Dagon took a good sized swig of his butterbeer before asking Raven another question. "So tell me, what other teachers should I get to know? Because I'm pretty satisfied now knowing two."
