Anywhere. . . here goes! All your shadows seem to be coming from the same light source, except for the floor shadow sweatdrop Also, her neck is kind of short and her head is a tad too small - not very, just a little, meow.
Also, the folds and wrinkles on he clothes are very simple - you could try adding just a little more folds, especially where the sleeves roll up, that usually creates a ton on interesting wrinkles and such.
I love how the color draws my eye right to her eyes!

1: As Opa stated, her neck is too short.
2: Her trunk is too thick if you are going for a shoujo manga style
3: Breasts are never angular. They have a soft, round shape.
4: you did a good job with her feet, my dear. One thing I notice alot is people neglect to focus on the feet. I do that myself. For example, I wasnt paying attention and gave the example for my shop two right feet! I commend you on the attention you gave her tootsies!
5: Ok, this is the last one. I noticed that the collar and rolled up sleeves looked incredibly flat. Try to add some more deapth to those.
