Saiyan Master Vegeta
Vegeta walked down the main hospital hall. The guards stood aside and bowed respectfully as he passed by. After entering Rane's room, Vegeta took notice of Rane in a large healing chamber filled with revitalizing liquid. He also saw Riakou trying to fall asleep, but decided it was best not to wake him. Vegeta then walked over to the chamber, standing about 2 feet from it, and thought to himself -
"Rane . . . I had no choice. I tried to do as little damage as I could, but when using an attack of that calibur, it's quite difficult. You will recover . . . I promise."The King then walked over to a small table in the corner of the room, and took out a small box from his pocket. He placed it on the table, and with a narrow, 5mm thin beam from the tip of his finger, he engraved the word 'Rane' on to the top of it. After that, he covered the box with his hand, and it began to glow green. Vegeta encoded the box with a telepathic message that Rane would revieve once she touched the box. Once touched, she would hear in her mind -
"Rane, it's King Vegeta. Once you are fully healed, come to me. You may then open the box."Rane could feel the water going down. She felt so relaxed and clean. She removed the mask that was over her mouth and nose. She breathed in the air from inside, it felt stuffy and warm. She pressed the red button in front of her for the door to open. A cool rush of air met with her wet skin, sending shivvers down her back. She Blinked a few times as the light of the medical ward shone brightly. She could see the sun outside from the window. And sitting right in fron of her was Raikou. She saw him sleep on his chair looking uncomfortable.
I better not wake him she thought to herself.
She needed to go back home and get some new clothes. She stepped out of the chamber. leaving little wet foot prints as she walked towards the closet to get her boots. She quickly put them on and walked to the door. But something in the corner of the room caught her eye. She saw a small box sitting on a medical table.
It has my name on it! Wow, i haven't gotten a present since i was a cub. Must be something special! Rane Picked up the box. She jumped with surprise when she heard King Vegeta's voice. It said "Rane, it's King Vegeta. Once you are fully healed, come to me. You may then open the box."
Rane stood there staring at the box in disbelief.
eek Why would the KING care about her, she was just a commoner. This planet Vegeta is very different then the one that her parents had told her about. She liked those stories her parents told her. But then the stories stopped, they went away, and never came back. Rane could feel tears in her eyes. She feltlike an idiot. Crying is a weakness, a dissfunctional act. Pointless.
She could feel her need for tears leaving her.
She looked back down to the box and then to Raikou. Maybe i should just go, i'll talk to Raikou later. He'll understand. I'll leave him a note.
She rushed to the other side of the room, box still in hand. She took out a pen and wrote:
"Thank you Raikou, for looking over me. But i must leave and you are asleep and i do not want to wake you. I am going to the palace to meet with king Vegeta, he requested a meeting with me. So i must go. I will contact you later. Maybe we could meet at the V.M.W.B. And once again thank you"
Rane put down the pen and threw a blanket over Raikou leaving the note by his feet.
She was nervouse and excited. She picked up her upper armor and left the medical Ward with a leap into the air.
