01. Read everything on the front page of the Main Thread, this will be the fastest way for you to learn what you need to know about Past Legacies Corp. without getting yelled at. Not too mention that most of your questions have probably been already answered here.
02. Do not beg us for a Legacy. If you do then you will be black listed.
03. Do not ask about availability because such announcements will be made in the Availability section of the shop.
04. Respect others, this applies to everyone whether they are staff, owners or just lurkers. Treat them as you would like to be treated.
05. Non-RP posts must be marked OOC by either use of brackets or paranthesis. Ex. ((ooc)) or [ooc]
06. Co-owning is not allowed because the Legacies are roleplay required and so will make it hard to RP if they are owned by two different people.
07. One Legacy per person, each Legacy should be dedicated whole heartedly. Not too mention that we want to give other's a chance too.
08. Legacies are roleplay required and if you can not fulfill the roleplay requirements as an owner then do not try for a Legacy.
09. Owners may not sell their Legacy. If they are are caught selling or giving their Legacy away then they will be black listed and their Legacy will be taken away for them.
10. Do not steal the art or shop concept which are the product of the staff's labors. We worked hard to develope what we have, so don't be an a*****e rude by taking what is not your's.
Roleplay Rules
01. All Legacy roleplay is to be formal though informal roleplay is allowed. Informal would be silly and joking roleplay. Please remember to use brackets/paranthesis on informal roleplays.
02. No Stalkers, Lurkers or any other non-Owner is allowed within the vault where the safety deposit boxes are. They will be restricted to RPing in the Visitor's lobby of the PLC HQ's or on the outside grounds.
03. All formal Roleplay should be documented in the Account Records aka journal. The staff can not be digging through the pages when there is work to be done.
04. Records should be updated regularly! If there is a reason why that can not be, then be sure to give a notice.
05. A two month grace period (aka hiatus) will be given. If you are unable to be active with roleplaying your Account without an explaination that is acceptable then your Account will be taken from you and appointed a new Owner.
06. I accept the obvious rules of roleplay to be followed by default without having it stated here in detail. But as a reminder here is a brief list:
- - do not godmode
- use proper grammar and spelling
- keep the subject PG13
- spell out numbers and abbreviations
- write in the past tense and be constant aka Story Style

Thread Labels
[ORP] - For open roleplay allowing anyone to join in.
[PRP] - Private roleplay that is restricted to those with permission from the creator of the thread.
[OOC] - The chatter threads for out of character thoughts and posts. Babble on about life and such.
[QUE] - To pose a question to any of the staff for immediate attention.
[PLT] - Used by the Staff for plot/metaplot threads.
[EVE] - Used by the Staff for event threads.
[FIN] - Threads that are fnished with in RP or OOC chatter or questions answered... etc.
Example Subject line of a thread:
- [ORP] Study Session for Exams!
[QUE] What is the exact layout of the HQs?
The content of the FIRST post should state the general plot (if there is one) and those allowed to post in the thread if it is a PRP or the number of slots open to random participants in ORPs. If it is an OOC or QUE thread, please state the point of thread clearly in the FIRST post.
After you have accomplished the purpose of a thread, have the creator of the thread change the subject label to FIN so that the Staff may lock and move the thread into the Archives forum.
