Usually called Colloyd. I...despise this pairing with all my heart. Why, you ask? It's 'cute' you say, it's 'cannon' you might think. They 'fit together' you propose. But those are the reasons why I hate this pairing.

What really makes me angry: It's the cute aspect of it. The... fluffy-ness you will recieve from this pairing. Especially when you see it play out in the game, or when you read a fic about it. This point of view is probably like this because...I just HATE fluff and cute stuff like that. Sure, I can stand Eliwood/Ninian, because I can stand the characters.
Which leads me to another reason why I dislike this pairing....

Characters Invovled: You got that right. Most people on this Guild may know that I don't have a special place in my heart for Colette...or Lloyd for that fact. Though, it's not as bitter as you think, I don't really like them that much. Colette herself is a girl I don't appreciate. She's too goody-goody for me. Too nice. Now now, I'm not saying that I abhor Goody girls, but putting on too much sugar makes you sick.
And as for Lloyd, he's just stupid. And too much of an idealist. He needs someone to set him straight...and please, knock some smartness into him.

No action? Got that right: Ask yourself, does Colette seem like a very action packed girl to you? For me, if she lived in the real world, she would most likely be one of those chicks you see listining to pop music. >.> For this pairing, I can see little or no action, on or off the battle field. You got that right, no ACTION. Lloyd is too dense as Colette is naive. And Vice-versa. I can't really imagine them getting past kissing. Untill, like, they're older or something...



This pairing is only one of the few ones I dislike. I have quite a bit for Fire Emblem, but I'll let the flames fan down before I type another thing on this.

Don't take this too seriously, especially if I bashed one of your fav. characters. All I can say is, deal with it. I had to.

Lowen's not even good enough to get Rebecca. He's too boring, and he's plain. Sure he can cook and suuuurreee, he saved her village from a few people. But...

Hmm... out of FE and TOS. I'm not sure If I hated any pairings. Now since I think about it, I can't see Lloyd and Collete getting past a simple kiss on the cheek. But I do think the relationhip is cute and I like it for that however, I only like the pairing in the game. It's a total snooze fest in fanfiction though.
