 1) The neck was too thick, and positioned too far to the side. The thickness gave a masculine appearance to your character, not something common among even the strongest of females. Also, the head was too long in comparison to the neck and body. 2) Her shoulders were a bit broad 3) Her torso was a bit too thick, and her hips where too low. 4) Her arm was a bit too short. 5) The way you had the hand was very unnatural. The position of the arm was very uncomfortable. Trust me, I tried it. 6) It looked very uncomfortable. Usually when someone stands in this position, their leg looks somewhat like my red example. I hope this helped!

Whoo, Kita's rough was awesome xd
Anyway, to add, I really like the pic in general, her character design is very Naruto-ish, and seems to fit withthe series.
As for her left arm, I agree, it looks VERY uncomfortable: If you want to do the hands on the hip thing, I would suggest moving the elbow to the side, so that the arm bends out at an angle. If you want to go for the sexier pose, then the upper arm should disappear behind the torso, and the hand shoudl come out across the hip, revealing more of the forearm.
Kita, you're right, it is uncomfortable, but it's a good pose, though one you can't hold for a while XD If I had a camera, it'd be easier to explain sweatdrop

Point well taken, however, there is no way you can improve if you dont recieve criticism and take it into consideration.

I mean, 6 billion people in the world, it's pretty much written there's going to be someone better then you. But if you try to be the best you can be, and develope a personal style that makes you stand out from the crowd, that's what's important! 3nodding
