Post here about anything Dragon Fable.
Tomorrow I'm going to be buying the Dragon Amulets. 29.95 for all 6 character slots. Compared to 19.95 for 1.

ok... dragon amulets are almost like being a guardian on DF.. but you already have to be a guardian to play... wont dont they just put up a sign that says "please give us money"
i mean, i do like the idea of getting special treatment for donating..
i just hope it doesnt end up like AQ, where if you arent a guardian you can hardly do anything..

No, you had to be a Guardian to BETA TEST the game. Now that it's gone live, ANYONE can play.
And Dragon Amulets are EXACTLY like being a Guardian on AQ. I wish I had the $30 to drop on the special 6 Amulets deal. I don't even have the $20 to drop on 1 Amulet... sad

My debit card got messed up so I made to do the 20 dollar on my warrior this week. Maybe next week I'll get the 30 pack. I also went ahead and got the extra 2000 dragon coins.
And when I get the whole package I'll do it again I guess. only 5 extra dollars and you get 2000.

Actually, they have now raised it to $25 for 1 character. I am going with the $30 for all six characters and then the extra $5 for 2,000 dragon coins each. Seems worth it.

I have not decided whether I will be buying a dragon amulet or not. FOr now, I don't think I will be getting one.

I'm going to wait until Dragonfable is more developed. I'm probably only going to be using like one, two characters, so it shouldn't be too bad.

I still haven't upgraded. I figure I will get all six though, since I feel DF is already better then AQ. I have 3 characters I use a lot already, so I will use all six if I can.
Even if you are only going to play one or two, think about it if you are upgrading. If you pay an extra 5 dollars, you get 5 dragon amulets sitting there if you ever want to start a new character. Seems like something to take advantage of to me.

I agree, I'd rather get ugrades for all of the characters. I am thinking of upgrading someime soon.

I'd advise anybody who wants the six upgrade pack to do so immeadiatly, as it was only supposed to be around for the first month, which ended yesterday. Hurry and upgrade if you want the special deal.

At my last check, it was only there for a month, as a special deal to beta testers. It's still there though, so you must be right. Arell: Find a few odd jobs. $30.00 isn't that much, and if you want the extra dragon coins it is only $5.00 more......... Go to the local paper, and check the classified adds. That's where I use to get money before I got a job.

I'm almost 32, I have a wife, a child, a house, a car, and other bills to pay. Dropping $30 on a game is a luxury I can't afford right now. If I COULD afford to drop money on something, I'd get my a** broadband internet... sad
And yes, I'm a guy. This was my mule I made when I lost my pass to my original account and the password reminder thingy was broken... razz
