one of my favourite series of books is a series of unfortunate events by lemony snicket
the reason why i like this book so much is that, the story is told so well and from that the story seems quite realistic. there isn't really anything bad about the story.
as well another of my favourite series of books is the edge chronicles!
these books not only have great stories they have amazing drawings as well which set the scene in the book.
another great read is darren shan series, from going upto 1-11 (correct me if im wrong)

I've not read the last Artemis Fowl either. Ya know you should get the other stuff by the same guy like The super naturalists and the wishlist. As for the TOTDF books, they dont have just one story. There are four different stories with different people in each ones. Though sometimes people from the previous books pop up for a bit and leave again. Oh yeah the 4th one just has old (main) characters but in that one the peeps from the first and second book have big parts.

Terry Pratchett is a great author. I've read The amazing Maurice and his educated rodents, feet of clay and I'm reading the wee free men.

I've read another trilogy of bookas Called Arthur: The seeing stone, Arthur: at the crossing places and Arthur: the king of the middle marshe. i think I got the last one right. Anyway the stories are written in 1st person and are quite boring but in some places get quite exiting but overall they're not that good.

I read one of the Artemis Fowl books a few years ago, it was pretty good. I read half of the Hitchhiker books before the movie came out just to make sure the movie wouldn't bias me on the books. That was pretty heavy to lug around with the rest of my text books... >.>; I loved the Dark Material books, but I read them out of order. 2-1-2-3. The first one was a little slower than the other two.
Favorite book at the moment- Sunshine By Robin Mckinley. Last Book I read- Life of Pi By Yann Martel (For summer H.W.) Favorite Authors- Robin Mckinley, Mercedes Lackey, Anne Bishop, Garth Nix, and Peter David.
