this Role play takes place in Japan. The main places would be the bar, the shrine, and the mall. There's also a park and things like that, but mostly its just those three places.
In Japan, theres humans with extrodinary capabilitlies that the unnamed secret co-orperation is trying to keep under control.
These humans were tested on. Some of them only seek to make friends, while others seek to kill.
The unnamed co-orperation is looking for people who are highly skilled in all areas of expertise, and has sent e-mails to those who they think can handle the job.

some beings who have no idea whats going on, have reached Japan to find out, as the experimental humans send out a wave of energy when they are 'created' .

Telekenetic
manipulate fire/ice
teleport

What is the premise of the RP? Is it Inuyasha related or something entirely separate? Is this in modern times or the future?

It's Inu related somewhat, and it takes place 200 years after inu's time (Before kagomes time)

Then you have to look at a timeline in the 1990's, since I don;t think emails were available before then. sweatdrop
