In many major take-away buisnesses the animal used for meat is extremely badly treated.
One of the examples is KFC, there is behind-the-scenes footage which shows how badly mistreated the chickens are, although I cannot find the link at the moment and so I will add it later. sorry sweatdrop .
Some people argue that "They're going to die anyway, so whats the point in caring if they're treated badly?" I say it's because animals have feelings too! We shouldn't just let people torture these poor animals just because they need to overproduce meat!

Who would do something like that? I knew it was bad, awful, but I never knew it was that awful.......what the hell is wrong with those people?

I feel bad that chickens become KFC.

KFC isn't the only place that treats their chickens badly. All of the places that raise animals for food treat them badly! It's horrible. sad

Not only do KFC mistreat their animals they feed them on soya grown on illegally cleared areas of rainforest so they're traeting animals badly AND destroying the rainforest...

Vegetarian Cannibal Not only do KFC mistreat their animals they feed them on soya grown on illegally cleared areas of rainforest so they're traeting animals badly AND destroying the rainforest... Yeah, even environmental groups are against KFC. I'm constantly getting e-mails from Greenpeace and such on how KFC is refusing to stop their habits. It's frustrating how stubborn they are. Even with all the pressure from the public and from these organizations, KFC still refuses to stop.

xoxdancexox all fast food is evil. i havn't eaten fast food for over a year, ever since i saw supersize me. Yup, that goes for me too! The only "fast food" I eat is subway. (Though I don't even eat it that often.) Its definatly a million times better than KFC or Macdonalds with all their geasey, fatty foods!

All animals are treated badly when it comes to food. They are crammed into trucks and driven for 100+ miles just to get to the slaughter house and killed after all that has happened to them.
They do not know outdoor life they do not know anything of free healthy happy life. I have boycotted KFC because of the cruel things they do to the chickens before they turn them into alot of peoples meals.
I hate it all togther >.<
