Why do we not have a topic on this yet? This is definitely one of my Disney favorites!
The music kicks, the animation is fantastic, the acting is superb (Oh, come on. Bill Farmer, Jason Marsden, Rob Paulsen, Kellie Martin, Wallace Shawn, Jenna von Oy, Jo Anne Worley, Frank Welker, Jim Cummings, Pauly Shore...Were there any doubts?) and the writing is absolutely top-notch! It's actually a coming-of-age story that isn't cheesy..actually, I always find it to be one of the most touching portrayls of father-son relationships that I've ever seen. And when it's funny...it's funny!! You wanna talk about your quotable movie lines.....
My favorite part is the character Bobby Zimmeruski, the mohawked quintessential cool-guy with a cocaine-like affinity for Cheeze-Whiz. <3

I am shocked I didn't think to make this topic, I love this movie!
My sister and I were ecstatic to find the soundtrack for sale at Disneyland during our trip last summer! We owned the tape years ago, but lost it, and to own it again rocks!
It is probably one of the most underrated movies of all time. It is a great story, the voice acting is top notch and the music will be stuck in your head for weeks.

Man, I'd forgotten all about this movie! This is literally a movie that I haven't watched in what is possibly ten years...now I need to go dig it out and watch it again!

yeah...wow...it HAS been a while

but yeah, they used to show it on teh disney channel at times, but if anything, they show the less great ((IMO)) extremely goofy movie more often
but yesh, this movie is great. goffy is the greatest ^.^

Defenitely one of my favorite Disney Movies! I have to say, Pauly Shore is fantastic as Bobby! I love Pauly Shore, so, naturally, Bobby is God to me! Know what? I think I'm gonna watch it as soon as the movie I'm watching is over!

yay kindred spirits! goofy is my all time favorite character and i love this movie! does anyone have the goofy collection? i got one year for christmas and it has everything goofy has ever been in up to the year it was made. Have you ever noticed how Goofy is one of the hardest characters to find stuff about? (i.e. stuffies, shirts, watches...)
This movie rocks. I love when bobby makes the leaning tower of cheeza and when goofy and max head out on the road smile

I love that movie! heart My friends and I watch it all the time and we're still not tired of it. I think my favorite line is:
How many cups of sugar does it take to get to the moon?

I can never look at the Country Bear Jamboree quite the same way after seeing that... And yes, I forgot all about the cheez whiz addict. The leaning tower of cheeza is one of few snippets, out of ALL the movies I've ever seen, that I laugh out loud at every single time.
