The Forum Guide:

Main forum:

-For anything from questions about foods to asking "which sport should i join?"
-Any kind of thread is allowed here (spam threads are allowed if they are titled appropriately and are not offensive, however there is a risk of deletion)
-please spam in the appropriate thread (although spamming should just be avoided)
-contests can be held here as long as they follow the rules, are resonable and will not trick people out of their gold or items
-general Q&A is also allowed

-You can talk about sports here (no duh)
- You can ask about techniques, talk about appropriate stretches, which muscles are good to target in training and etc..
-also, you can talk about professional sports (lets not clutter the sports forum with these as this is about sharing infor on how to improve your sporting and such)
-Q&A about sports

Health Forum:

-You can talk about health issues involved with physical activity
-exercises to improve your health/ weight
- health issues
-healthy eating habits and tips
-Q&A about health

Fitness Forum:

-You can talk about the best sports to stay fit
-How you stay fit
-Anything fitness
-Weight training
-Effects of fitness etc.
-Q&A about fitness.
