Joey is great but he does not make the whole band just the drumming. Would the band be the same without Corey or Shawn.

 they took joey, they gave him his own band... AND IT SUCKS! (sorry, i HATE murderdolls ><)
Joey is an amazing drummer... but he can't sing... or do anything else except look pretty... so yeah...
Corey alone isn't slipknot either... eh... have you heard the new stone sour song... i swere... i wanted to cry... ><
i mean... pretty song... just not my corey taylor. >< *yawns*

OH MY GOD I KNOW! Murderdolls are terrible, he doesn't even sound like the awesome drummer he is, and i can't really say anything about Stone Sour... i mean they suck but they came before slipknot.... even though they suck (I'm not saying that because they haven't gone mainstream they are just too soft for me)

Joey is an amazing drummer... but he can't sing... or do anything else except look pretty... so yeah...

i mean... pretty song... just not my corey taylor. >< *yawns* Wednesday 13 does the vocals for the Murderdolls, Joey plays the guitar. AND THE MURDERDOLLS ROCK!!!! And I love Joey, he's probably one of the more popular band members but he doesn't MAKE Slipknot. That is all.

one man dosen't "make" SlipKnoT, it's all the members of SlipKnoT, and the masks..... in an interview i say on mtv, corey and jim said that they are only SlipKnoT when the masks are on, all the other side projects have no relation to SlipKnoT, except for a member or two in that band.....

I have a friend who thinks Joey makes slipknot and thats the only reason why he likes slipknot, but thats not a good reason joey is awesome.... far beyond good, just not by himself, know what i mean?

Joeys not SlipKnoT...they all are.
If say Sid walked away would it be the same?
If Shawn walked away would it be the same?
If Mick walked away would it be the same?
If Corey walked away would it be the same?
You know what I'm getting at.
and BTW MurderDolls are a good band, their just different.

i agree that joey is a big part of slipknot but theres so many other members in the band that some people tent to forget about like james he is soooooo good at guitar, corey to he has an amazing voice and theres so many other good members like mick, craig, shawn, sid, paul and chris........... so no i dont think that joey=slipknot LOL

He isnt SlipKnoT. If any of the members leave, SlipKnoT would never be the same.
