that was a helpful article, i'll bear that in mind the next time i'm about to have a comfort food pig-out! though i have found that my sugar cravings have almost completely vanished since i've started eating wholegrains and more fruits, and getting cardio exercise and some yoga in everyday. i'm not craving chocolate anymore.... maybe it's cos of the sugar in fruit, and wholegrain bread makes me full. and i hate working out cos i'm unfit, but it's satisfying for me now cos i have a goal to get down to a certain weight, and after i go for a jog i feel happy (and sore!) after, so i don't need food to be happy. the website you got that article off has some really good tips and articles, i checked it out. thanks for the article anyway!

I thought the part about weight lifting was interesting- people kept telling me not to lift more weight than I could handle, so I backed down when I might have benefited more from lifting heavier ones.
