Thought some people'd like to know what some unfamiliar attacks do, so I made this attacks description list. ALL of these attacks are real (unless otherwise designated). Even things like Irome are actual attacks.
---Physical Attacks---
Satan Miracle Special Ultra Super Megaton Punch:

Really just a normal punch, but it's extra long name and extra lame results may indimidate opponents.
Dynamite Kick:

This attack, invented by Hercule, is a normal kick, but Ki users can make the attack more powerful by saying "Dynamite" after they hit with it which ignites a fairly weak explosion where the kick was landed.
Jan-Ken:

The Jan-Ken is an...attack style where the user says "Jan-Ken" and then either rock, paper, or scissors. Jan-Ken Rock is a punch, Jan-Ken Paper is a slap in the face, and Jan-Ken Scissors is a poke in the eyes. These attacks are very basic and require no Ki.
Wolf Fang Fist:

An incredibly fast barrge of punches and grips, emulating the movements and bites of a wolf, that proves very effective against weaker opponents.
---Beams---
Eye Beams:

Energy beams shot from the eyes.
Double Tsuihikidan:

An attack in which the user fires two similar energy beams at their opponent. The beams can be controlled to follow their target even if it moves.
Kakusandan:

The ability to fire two beams, merge them together, and split the new beam into multiple Ki blasts that rain down on your opponents from overhead.
Frieza Beam:

This attack is a very long and thin beam, red or purple in color and shot from the index finger, that will pierce almost anything in its path. However, unlike the Dodon Ray, The Frieza Beam does not explode on contact.
Recome Boom:

A very powerful energy beam, shot from the mouth, that has very devasting effect.
Galick Gun:

Basicly another version of the KameHameHa. It has a longer charge time, but almost the same power. The blast is charged at the side and the user's hands will be palm forward when the attack is released. The Galic Gun is a continuous beam of energy.
Kamehameha Wave:

Do I really have to explain this one? The KameHameHa Wave is a large, continuous beam of of energy, blue in color, charged at the side or behind the back. Its charge time is pretty long, but the beam is very powerful and well worth it.
Special Beam Cannon:

The Special Beam Cannon is, in reality, two beams. One is shot from the middle finger and goes straight while the other, shot from the index finger, coils around the first, giving the Beam Cannon a drilling quality. The beam will explode on contact if it cannot drill through an obstacle in its path, and the strength of the beam depends upon the length of time it was charged. The Special Beam Cannon is charged by putting the middle and index finger to the forehead and focusing Ki into them.
Dodon Ray:

The Dodon Ray is a very powerful attack at first. It is shot from the index finger and is comperable to the KameHameHa in strength. The charge time for this attack is also very short. The downside, however, is that the strength of the Dodon Ray cannot be improved upon very much as a fighter levels up.
Tri Beam:

The Tri Beam is one of the most powerful attacks in all of DB/Z/GT. By forming a triangle with one's hands, one can fire a devastating beam of power at whatever he or she looks at through his or her hands. The downside is, that the Tri Beam draws on a person's life force and one can easily become exhausted from overuse of the technique.
Chou Kamehameha (KameHameHa Level 2):

This attack is basicly a stronger form of the KameHameHa Wave. It requires more power and concentration, but has a slightly shorter charge time, and does more damage. (mastery of KameHameHa Wave required.)
Kamehameha x10:

Ten times the power of a normal KameHameHa concentrated in one attack. Red in color, this attack needs a ton of energy to use and can be draining on a weaker user. Like all versions of the KameHameHa, this attack is charged behind the back or at the side and is brought forward to be released. (mastery of Ultimate KameHameHa required.)
Final Kamehameha:

A combination of the Final Flash and the KameHameHa Wave, this is the most powerful attack in the game and most-likely in the show. However, it's shortcomings become apparent when you notice the long charge time not present in the Big Bang Kamehameha. (mastery of Final Flash and KameHameHa Wave required.)
Super Galick Gun:

An improvement upon the original, the Super Galick Gun is chaged at the side, the hands being brought to the front when the technique is fired. It takes the form of a blue beam of ki that is extremely powerful.
Big Bang Kamehameha:

An amalgamation of Goku and Vegeta's two signature attacks. A faster charge than a KameHameHa with a higher moving speed than the Big Bang Attack, this is, pound-for-pound the best attack in the game. (mastery of Big Bang Attack and KameHameHa Wave required.)
---Blasts---
Power Ball:

A technique devized by the Saiyans that emulates the light of a full moon. The technique has a very short charge time and will float into the sky after being created.
Destructo Disk:

The user concentrates his or her Ki into the form of a flat disk, and hurls it at an opponent. The disk can cut through most things, but must be directed by the user. It can also be split into many smaller disks of lesser power and sharpness.
Spirit Ball:

This attack, created by Yamcha, is similar to the Spirt Bomb, but draws its power from the user rather than nature. It is extremely fast-moving, and relatively strong. The user can control its movement with his or her index finger.
Burning Attack:

The Burning attack is all about looks. It's performed after the user does a series of complicated hand motions and fires a small, fast-moving, very flashy ball of energy. In reality, the energy ball isn't very strong, and for this reason, the Burning Attack is mainly used as a distraction technique.
Masenko:

The Masenko is a ball of energy, yellow or white in color, charged above the head or at the forehead with two hands. It can be shot as a continuous beam or as a singular Ki blast. The Masenko is mildly powerful, and is a sort of watered-down KameHameHa Wave.
Imprisonment Ball:

A blast that traps the victim in a ball that will explode if it touches anything but the user and the victim.
Frieza Disk:

While similar to the Destructo Disk in shape, the Frieza disk cannot split into several smaller disks. It is also purple rather than yellow, and is sharper. There are few things the disk can't cut through. The Frieza Disk will also home in on its target without being directed by the user. It will keep following the target until it is destroyed, or the user breaks his or her concentration.
Ice Blast:

An intense blast of many, frozen projectiles that able to easily break the toughest skin. The blast is shot from the hand, and can also be used to create a blast of freezing wind to blow a weaker opponent back.
Hono:

An intense blast of fire and Ki, fired from the mouth, capable of melting almost anything.
Light Grenade:

The user charges up great amounts of energy in his or her hands, placed in front of the torso, then unleashes it in the form of a very powerful blast.
Spirt Bomb:

The energy for this attack is gathered not from the user, but from the living things around them. The user commonly raises their arms upward to gather the energy for the attack, something that leaves them open to attack as the strength of the Spirit Bomb is proportional to the time it takes to charge. The Spirit Bomb can only be used by those pure of heart.
Bakurikimaha:

A powerful blast in which the user must steady his blast hand with his free one because of the recoil. It is considerably stronger than a normal ki blast.
Hellzone Grenade:

The user fires many blasts of ki, all of which apparently miss, when in reality the user stops them in a way that completly surrounds his opponent, then makes them all fly towards his opponent at once. The technique is extreamly powerful, and incredibly hard to dodge.
Thunder Flash:

This was Pikkon's ultimate attack. The user shoots a massive column of fire out from his or her fists. It is charged almost instantly and easy to perform.
Big Bang Attack:

The Big Bang Attack is charged on one hand, palm open. It has a very short charge time, but is a bit slow-moving. It takes the form of a Ki blast rather than a beam.
Final Flash:

An incredibly powerful attack that has a very long charge time. It gathers alot of energy from the user, putting alot of strain on the user's body. It is shot as a blast rather than a beam.
Final Shine:

An improvement on the Final Flash, so much so that only the most powerful of warriors can master it. The Final Shine is extreamly powerful, and has a short charge time. This attack, however, is very, very draining on the body. (mastery of Final Flash required)
Death Ball:

This attack is small and fast-moving. It has enough energy, when used by the correct person, to disintegrate a planet's core. Highly explosive with a moderately large charge time. Frieza destroyed Namek with this attack.
Chou Death Ball:

Larger than the Death Ball, this attack is very large and slow-moving. It is charged on one finger and takes a while to charge. Frieza destroyed Vegeta and attampted to destroy Earth with this attack.
Revenge Deathball:

Basicly this is an evil Spirit Bomb. It feeds off the hatred of the individuals around the user. (Can only be used by evil people.)
Super Ghost Kamikaze Attack:

The user actually makes several ghost copies of himself. The ghots are individuals and have seperate personalities, but will listen to their creator. They will also explode on contact if they touch anything. The more ghosts, the more time it takes to spit them out.
Dragon Fist:

The Dragon Fist technique is acomplised by shouting "Dragon Fist" and punching forward. At that point, a golden dragon greatly resembling Shenron actually appears and proceeds to punch through the victim, and start to tear him or her apart. Virtually no charge time. VERY powerful. Needs a lot of energy to use, though.
Soul Punisher:

An extremely powerful attack in which the user gathers energy into a multi-colored orb. The orb bursts, becoming a ball of sparkling white energy that the user hurls at his or her opponent. The ball will penetrate the opponent and disintegrate him or her from the inside out.
---Intimidation Attacks---
Awesome Pose:

Want to look cool before you go into battle? Then use an AWESOME pose!
Irome:

The user wiggles her a** at her opponent in hopes of distracting them.
Stripping:

In this "attack" the user removes their clothing and then uses this to put off their oppenent. Ran Fan uses this on Namu, but he gets around it by closing his eyes and beating her.
---Large-Area Attacks---
Shockwave:

This attack is done with the fore finger and middle finger, and destroys a large area around the user.
Self Destruct:

The user builds up all the Ki energy in his or her body and expels it all at once, resulting in a huge blast of Ki and the user's death.
Ultimate Final Skill (Self Destruct Level 2):

The user accesses all of the Ki in his or her body and feeds it into a massive explosion. The downside is that ALL the user's energy is consumed, which ultimately kills him. All that is left of his body at the end is stone.
Hyper Tornado:

While it doesn't do a ton of damage, this attack is extreamly effective against multiple opponents. The user surrounds himself with a tornado and proceeds to use the winds to throw his opponent(s) through the air over and over.
Whirl:

To use this attack, the user blows a small beam of red ki out of their mouth which then proceeds to spin around like a tornado, picking up speed and blowing away any nearby people and damaging them, This attack is very useful whe facing a group, but doesn't do too much damage.
---Mental Techniques---
Toomi no Jyutsu:

The ability to sense what is going on in a different part of universe. It basicly extends your ability to sense other's powerlevels and use that information to appoximate their distance from you. It also grants a limited form of telepathy to the user.
Ki Aigan:

The ability to fire an invisible shock wave of Ki energy at your opponent simply by looking at them. The attack is fired from the face and is almost instataniously charged.
Kanashibari no Jyutsu:

The ability to freeze a person or object in mid air, using a limited form of telekenieses. This technique requires concentration to perform and will lose its effect if the user becomes distracted.
---Power-Ups---
Kaio-Ken:

This technique is a power amplifier. The power jump the Kaio-Ken gives you depends on your body's overall durability. Each new level of the powerup is your base level times a multiple. That means a Kaio-Ken x2 would be double your power, a Kaio-Ken x3 trippels it, and so on. This results in a massive boost in stength, speed, and overall power. It even grants the user enhanced senses. However, it should be noted that the Kaio-Ken, even when mastered, should only be used in short bursts. Overuse of the Kaio-Ken or using a level too high may put strain on the body and could kill the user.
Meditate:

The user concentrates and amplifies the evil within his heart until it consumes him. This results in a boost to strength, speed, and power, but the user is incredibly malevolent.
Fusion Dance:

Created by the Metamaries, the Fusion Dance is used when two fighters find they cannot overcome an enemy on their own. They fuse using the dance, and the fusion is more powerful than both fighters' power levels combined.
Super Saiyan:

The inate ability of Saiyans to access an immense store of incredible power locked inside of them. Each level of Super Saiyan increses the user's power by a greater and greater degree. Once accessed and controled, the Super Saiyan power is truly devistating.
Henshin:

Created by the ancient Changelings to transform their bodies into smaller forms that wasted less energy, the ability to reach their original (what is now fourth) form became lost to the Changelings soon after. King Cold was only ever able to achieve his second form, and it wasn't until he had a son, Frieza, that a Changeling again accessed their original form. Of course, Frieza used his new power to wipe out most of the other Changelings, eliminating his competition, but masting the Henshin technique was the key to Frieza's power. Frieza's brother, Kooler later perfected the technique by mastering a fifth form of power. The Henshin technique greatly increases the user's strenght, speed, and power, but is incredibly taxing on the body's muscles and bones. Each transformation also takes a great amount of time to accomplish.
Strength Increase:

Created by Master Roshi, the user of this technique concnentrates their energy until their muscles suddenly expand from all of the power. This technique increases the user's strength and energy level, but seems to cut his or her speed.
---Other---
Solar Flare:

This technique is very effective, but has little to no actual fighting power. The user places both hands beside the face, palm in, and shouts out "Solar Flare!" A very bright Solar Light is created behind the user and blinds their opponent(s).
4 Arms Attack:

The user of this attack to grows two additional arms out of his or her back, allowing them to effectively raise their attack and defense. This technique's charge time is ridiculously long.
Split Form:

The user creates a copy of himself, each one now having 1/2 his or her original power level.
Tri Form:

The user creates two copies of himself, each, along with himself, with 1/3 his or her original power level. (mastery of Split Form required)
12 Eyes:

The user of this technique splits into four separate entities. The four entities can fight on their own and can be attacked separately, but the downside is that the user's power level is divided into four, with each copy plus the user receiving 1/4 of the original's power level. (mastery of Tri Form required)
Instant Transmission:

This technique allows the user, and anyone touching the user, to dematerialize and move as a mass of light. The only downside to the technique is that the user requires a Ki target to "lock onto". You cannot just teleport anywhere. Son Goku learned this technique from the Yardrat-jin after he escaped from the exploding Planet Namek.
Kai Kai:

The ability to instantaniously transport yourself to some location without having to lock onto a power level.
Magic Materialism:

The ability to make items from thin air. Most of the items created are rather simple. This is not typically used as an attack technique, but can be used to make things like weapons.
Body Switch:

This attack allows the user to switch bodies with another person. Users both retain memory and voice of their previous body along with their attacks, but gain all strength of their new body. When preforming this attack, arms and legs are stuck out and the words "CHANGE NOW!" are shouted.
Satan's Spit:

The user spits on his or her opponent, turining them into stone. The effects of this attack are negated when the user dies.
---Made-Ups---
Sword of Ice:

A razor-sharp sword of ice that can cut through most anything. Reinforced with ki for durability, the ice sword can be shattered at the leisure of the user, sending hundreds of ice shards flying in all directions.
Icy Touch:
After a short charge time, the user's hands become covered in ice, eventually becoming ice. In this form, any area touched by the user will also instantly turn to ice. The ki used to control the durability of your hands, is also used to control the durability of any ice created using the Icy Touch, meaning that your hands will be as durable as the areas they affect. If the technique is disengaged, the user dies, or a day passes, any areas turned to ice using the Icy Touch will revert back to normal.
Reflecting Wall:
The user concentrates his enery over a long period of time, super-cooling the air around him until a large wall of ice forms. Any ki blasts shot at the wall will be absorbed and reflected back at the attacker. Especially good for protecting a large number of allies.
Arbitrary Assault:
The user concentrates his or her energy in such a way that its effect becomes random. Depending on how the energy is concentrated, this technique could result in an energy attack, or it may damage its user. (The player rolls a seven-sided die. The technique's effect depends upon the number rolled.
1-The user's energy will be depleated
2-(Roll again)
3-The user will create three after-images that only fade when hit
4-The user's energy will be depleated
5-The user fires a beam equal in charge time and power to a Dodon Ray
6-No effect
7-The user fires a blast of devistating power)
Cage Of Hell:

Striking the ground, the user creates an energy cage impervious to attack. Niether the user nor his opponent(s) may leave the cage in any way until one is left standing.
Flaming Fists:

While similar in appearence to the Thunder Claw, this technique trades power for versitility. Once generated, the flames on each hand may be used to enhance the strength of punches, or shot in a straight line like the Thunder Claw.
Grounding Force:
This technique negates your opponent's ability to fly so long as they are within a one hundred yard radius of you.
Gravity Blast:
The user can increse the gravity within a ten foot radius of his body up to 200x Earth's gravity.
Snapping Bones:
The user of this attack channels all of their energy into a massive gravity blast that goes well beyond what he and his opponent are capable of standing. The attack is named for the sound of snapping bones that follows its execution.
Point Cannon Shot:
The user concentrates a massive amount of energy into either arm, so much so that his or her whole arm will start to glow. The user then extends their arm, firing the attack from the forefinger before their energy threatens to combust. The result is an incredibly long, thin beam of ki that pierces anything. However, the attack should be used with caution since it consumes almost all of its user's energy, and has an extremely long charge time. (Must be charged for multiple posts for full effect as this has the longest required charge time of any attack)
Decieving Appearence:
The user of this technique may change his appearance in any way he pleases. However, once changed, it cannot be changed again for 24 (real) hours. (Note that you can still be detected by your power signature. Also note that this technique is an illusion.)
Assailing Projection:
Sort of a half-way point between an after-image and a copy, the user of this technique creates a projection of him/herself that will stay rooted in one spot and continue the action done by the user at the time of the projection's creation. The main use of this technique is that of an "attack holder." While performing an energy attack, the user may create a projection to keep channeling ki into the attack while he or she fires another attack from another direction. However, as the projection cannot move, it is rather easily taken care of. Projections will disappear if they come in contact with any solid object. Once assaigned a function, that projection may not be assigned another. Note also that any ki used for attacks by projections is taken from the user, and that maintaining a single projection along with as little as two energy attacks is extemely difficult.
The Prism of Seven:

The perfect copying technique, each copy made with The Prism of Seven is a seperate entity, each with its own power level. The power of the original is not split among the seven, though the seven share the same life energy. Any wounds inflicted on one, will be equally inflicted on all seven copies. If one dies, the other six will die as well.
The Mark of Chains:
The user channels his energy into one of his hands to use this attack. If he or she can press their palm into the chest of their opponent, their opponent's power level will be cut in half for the remainder of the fight.
Invisible Blast:
A wide blade of ki flung like a boomerang that is invisible to all but the user.
Mega Flare:
arrow
The user concentrates massive amounts of energy into their skyward-stretched hands, gradually forming an enormous sphere of ki. Once this has been done, he or she throws both hands forward, causing a very large, blue wave to be fired and wash over their target. The moment the wave touches anything in its path, a series of devistating, rapid explosions will consume the object untill the wave passes. As soon as the wave ends, however, the user pumps a last burst of energy into it, ending in a very large final explosion. However, along with a long charge time, this technique also drains a lot of enery. Unless the user were to somehow restore their energy, they wouldn't be able to pull it off a second time.
Mortal Combat:
The user and his opponent both have their energy levels reduced to zero, thereby losing the ability to manipulate ki in any way. Though both fighters will be extremely exhausted, they can still use physical attacks on each other. Both energy levels can be regained by conventional means.
Fissure Erruption:

The user fires a red beam out of their finger that cuts a straight line in the ground. The beam itself is weak, simply paralyzing an opponent and rendering them unable to move for a few seconds. The beam moves very fast and hits almost instantly, but once it's hit, a series of sequential explosions will errupt from the ground from the starting point of the line to the end point.
Demon Bonding:

The only user of this technique is the Demon King, Raizen. With the ability to slightly manipulate reality, Raizen has found a way to escape to the Living World from Hell. Raizen will bond the soul of one of his demon soldiers to that of any willing to share theirs. What results is a mutually beneficial arrangement: once the person bonded to the demon goes back to the land of the living, the demon will be able to posses its host and see through the host's eyes, effectively leaving Hell for as long as possible. In return, the demon's host is granted access to the demon's enormus supply of power. Oddly enough, however, Raizen seemingly gets nothing from the deal...
Sacrifice of the Noble:

The user must power up to his or her maxiumum, concentrating all the ki in their bodies to the inside of their skin. Holding the ki there takes immense concentration. With a last burst of energy, the user allows his ki to errupt back inward, disintegrating his or her tissue, muscles, bones, and organs. The skin is burned off to reveal a ki imprint of the user. The last burst of energy is used to anchor the user's soul to the mass of energy, making sure it does not accompany the user's body to the Next Dimension. With no brain or heart, the imprint does not think, feel, speak or hear, though it "sees" by sensing energy. The user's overall intentions are preserved by their soul, allowing the ki imprint to act as the user would. Without a physical body, the mass of energy can move faster than the user ever could. Attack charge times are dramatically reduced. The downside, however, is that, since the energy is not being held within a body, it rapidly disapates into the air. Additionally, the energy will deplete itself greatly each time a ki attack is used. Once the ki is fully gone, the user's soul will follow its body to the Check-In.
-----------------------------
NOTE ON CHARGE TIME: The longer the charge time, the easier it'll be able to see the attack coming and the easier it will be to dodge. The only attacks you really have to charge over multiple posts to have them do significant damage are the Spirit Bomb and Revenge Deathball.
Attacks multiply your powerlevel by a certain factor when they are charged just before they're used. The following is a list ranking attacks according to those factors:

NOTES:
-Attacks in blue are concentrated blasts of Ki and will do more damage at one point.
-Attacks in orange do a wide area of damage and are ideal against multiple opponents
-Attacks in green have an added sharpness
-The attacks in dark blue are almost always one-hit-kills IF they hit.
-Attacks with a + next to them have a significant enough charge time that they could be dodged by someone 1/2 the users power.
-The factor by which each attack multiplies your power goes up one full point every 10,000 points after 110,000 unless they are in brackets.
-The Spirit Ball goes up by 1 full point every 5,000 after 110,000 instead
-The description of the attack should answer any other questions.
-The powerlevel you have just before you fire the attack is, for all intents and purposses, the power level of the attack itself.
-Please note that if someone at say a powerlevel of 1,000 were hit with an attack three or four times that, he wouldn't necessarily die. This guide should be used more for attack meets attack rather than attack meets person. Of course, if the person were hit with an attack ten or twenty times 1,000 he would most-likely die. It really depends on the battle and the context of how and when the attack was used.
-Generic Ki-blasts should be in the .25x to 1x range
-Please remember that fighters' powerlevels go down as they use more energy attacks or exert great amounts of energy to do things meaning that their attacks will also be weaker.
-Attacks with no charge time at all fall in the generic Ki-blast range
-REMEMBER THIS IS JUST A GUIDE. I ALMOST GUARANTEE IT WILL BE ADJUSTED!
Please do not post on this thread. You will gain no points for training here. It is only a list of attacks and not part of the RP game-wise. This list will be updated as the Attack list on the first post on the main thread is updated.
