This thread, formerly for RP planning, will now be about WoW in general. And RP planning.

Okay, Warcraft RP. I guess it's fair to set it in the same general time period as WoW. Maybe a little later. You know, after things have healed up a little. The world in WoW is so incredibly depressing.

Anyway, standard rules apply. Make your char based on the following outline:

I also am thinking of a way to incorporate some sort of litle stat system, but I'll probably hold off on that. Most likely it wont come along till one of the next rps, once everyone has sunken into the basic characterizing.

So okay yeah. Basic introduction. We'll start with races. Humans, Dwarves, Night Elves, Gnomes, Orcs, Trolls, Tauren, Undead are obvious choices. I'm also throwing in some less conventional races:

Dragons
High Elves
Goblins
Ogres
Furbolgs
Naga
Murlocs
Gnolls
...Draeni

Also, if you really must, go ahead and be some kind of demon. Succubus, Felguard, Felhound, Satyr, Voidwalker, Imp, Infernal... Yeah yeah.

Oh, and various halflings. Even Dragonhalves, because nothing has directly said a human and dragon can't make babies while the dragon is in human state.

Also because I want to make one.

Okay, class. The standard WoW ones apply, though not the same as in WoW. Like Mages will have freestyle spellweaving, and not be comfined to fire and frost. Druids will have access to whatever animal forms they want, and much more powerful geomancy. You get the idea.

Also, some classes need to be added. Death Knight, for instance. Where the hell is our Death Knight in WoW.

Okay, some rules~ First of all, please no Godmoding. I don't care if you're the son/daughter of an Aspect, you aint invincible. You *can* die, and everyone else *can* avoid your attacks.

Actually, I think that's about it. I've already put a limit on character choices. Oh yeah, don't try to play story chars like Jaina or Arthas or something. I dunno, I just don't like when people do that.

God I hate character creating. crying Aphy I'd get you to just make a char for me but that's not how it works. >.>; I'm not gonna fill it all out now, I'll work on it for a bit. Thought I'd go ahead and take the spot though.

Oh and Zaine, the dragons are just scattered around. Blue are magic. Red are the dragons of life and are actually rather kind, though they can breath fire. Green live mostly in the Emerald Dream. Bronze are the keepers of time, and Black are the earth ones but they're all crazy now. Out of the five aspects, only three live, but I could be wrong; Alestrasza (sp?) of the red dragonflight, Ysera of the green dragonflight, and ....the bronze dragonflight guy. >.>; There's a lot more but this is the basic crap I learned from the novels I've read. :/

Appearance She appears for the most part to be human. She has an orangeish skin tone, Asian-ish. Her eyes are bright yellow, with pupils ever so slightly slitted. She has very long, orange-ish brown hair.

Due to the fact that she has dragon blood, she physically matures slowly compared to pureblooded humans. Despite being decidedly older, she only appears to be the human equivilant of an early teen. Standing at just over the height of a typical adult male dwarf, she has a certain degree of cuteness about her.

When she's not in pure human disguise, she displays qualities of both bloodlines. Keeping all of the features from her human self, she gains two black leathery wings with golden streaks, and a tail to match. She also sports claws and horns, and is about a foot taller.

History Nadia came about when a black dragon female was captured in the Blasted Lands, around the time when the Dalaran Archmages were sealing the Dark Portal. Just as they had attempted to seal the vortex, they sealed the dragon into a human form for easier containment.

These mages didn't hold her long, however, as more of Deathwing's crazed flight soon razed their hold. The female dragon was freed, but didn't escape totally unharmed.

About a year later, Nadia was hatched. Both intrigued and apalled by this deformed creature, the former Earth Warders watched her develope, until they eventually became bored and set her loose, opting not to kill her outright because she bore some of their blood.

Only recently, in the relative peace of post war Azeroth, has the existance of the beast thought impossible become known...
Personality Nadia is not a nice girl at all. Cold, brooding, tempermental, distrustful, and a little sadistic, her heritage is very apparent in her "mutilate first, look at them later" approach. But at the same time she is much more open to the other races, because she was outcast by even the dragons she's learned represent some of the most hated creatures in the known universe.

While not innately adept at magic, she quickly learned that it would be her greatest asset to her survival. Also, her nails, structured more like claws, serve as an efficient melee weapon.

All in all, she's a tragic figure who's all alone and just wants a- well, really she'd rather stay that way. And watch everyone else die. heart

Appearance: Tall and Slender of course, with silverish hair (think Elvaan from XI, the ones with the kinda spikey hair, them, but with silver hair). Dresses in black leather armor, he has a beautiful Truesilver necklace, and a silver skull earring. He has a large leather/steel swordbelt, and carries various instruments in his bag.
History: A bit of an odd-ball, he never lived in Quel' Thalas than he needed to, he left the great kingdom of the elves long before the Scourge arrived, but after the Second War. He wandered around the Eastern Kingdoms, visiting many skilled craftsman, musicians, mages, and also read many books. He mainly stayed in Dalaran, reading many of their books, on both history and magic. When the books and stuffy mages began to bore him, he went to Ironforge, and learned some of the basics of dwarven smithing, and of dwarven ale. He then trekked north some and visited the Wildhammer Dwarves, and learned much of Gryphons and their kin, but again he soon departed. He then turned south, arriving to the former city of Stormwind, which was currently being rebuilt by it's people. There he stayed for awhile, learning from and becoming friends with the Masons, but because he was a High Elf, he was constantly thought to be a courier of his people, and was always being summoned to the nobles of the city. When the city had been completed, he departed once again, to the south. He came to Stranglethorn Vale, and met his peoples long time enemy, the Trolls. While he harbored no hatred for them, they hated him for what he was, and so a few confrontations occured, but Myrii kept heading south, eventually arriving one of the major goblin ports, Booty Bay. And that is where he stayed, til the arrival of news that spoke of a vast undead army, that had completely decimated Lordaeron, and now turned it's sight on Quel' Thalas. He immediately set off for his true home, the great elf kingdom, only to arrive too late. Standing on the edge of his peoples land, he could see the utter destruction caused by the Undead Scourge, what he saw broke his heart, his breathren slain and raised again as abominations of evil, and his homeland burned and destroyed, and the fabled Sunwell, polluted by evil as well. He would've stood there in despair forever, if a voice had not called out to him, it was that of Jaina Proudmoore, of whom he had met briefly during his stay at Dalaran. She asked him if he would be willing to join her in an expedition to the forgotten lands of Kalimdor. Standing up, he looked upon his homeland for the last time, and hurried to Jaina, and although he had be born after his ancestors crossed the Great Sea, he still knew of the Night Elves, and that he was a descendant of them. . Myrii fought valiantly in many battles, and met his kin, the Night Elves, but there was little time for talk as the might of the Burning Legion bore down upon them. . After the Legion had been defeated, Myrii had hoped to make a new homeland in the land of the Night Elves, even taking up Druidism, but whether because of his ancient Highborne blood, or his unwillingness to stay in one place, he again wandered, meeting the Tauren, who greated him friendly, but he was again called to the assistance of Jaina, whose father had showed up and prepared to strike at the orc stronghold in Kalimdor. He fought with her and the Orcs, against her father, and was on a ship nearby and was able to watch as one of the greatest heroes of the Second War was slain. After awhile in the newly built stronghold of Theramore, he again wandered, this time back to Menethil Harbor...
Personality:When first met, very strange and aloof, but once made friends with becomes a very loyal ally. Years of experience have taught him much, and he knew much of battle and of life, and because of this he was able to be calm in even the most tense of situations. The only races he cannot stand are the Undead and Demons. He has had a few interactions with dragons, but did not pay them much mind, for they were probably up to something grand that he cared not for. Somewhat of a mercenary, but mostly a wanderer, he roams searching for his next meal and a roof to put over his head.

As far as ablities go, he's fair with a one-handed sword or a long dagger. His magics are varied, he has some healing spells, a few attack spells, but most of his spells are enhancements spells, like Haste, Protect, Shell, etc., and temporary weapon enhancements, like Enfire, Enblizzard, etc. He can also enhance the abilties of those around him with his instruments, and his beautiful singing (yay, bard! >< wink .
