i need to kno...how do u get over a relationship...that was a year...and you are still in love with the person...and u cant really help but love the person?

mind asking about your break up? well, it depends on how it happened..
1. If you seperated for the good and you two are happy about it, why not tell her that you still love her... but why do you wanna forget her if it's for the good.. I'm stupid.. anyways..
2. If it's because of a negative issue, just get yourself busy on stuffs.. I know it's hard.. But the only way to forget her is to mind things ( lots of things) so you wouldn't have time to think about her.. Enjoy, continue your life.. that's all that I can suggest.. ^^

I can only say this about it:
If you truly loved her, you don't have to forget about her. Whatyou need is to give it time so that you as a person can grow and mature. Sooner or later, you'll find someone who you care about just as much or more. I'm not sure if you understand what I'm trying to say here, but if you don't, one day you will.

yeah...i know wat your tlkin bout....
its just that she broke up with me cause she thot i was gonna cheat on her again....it was a giant mistake, and she knew how much i regretted it and she knows how much i love her...and shes over me and has a new bf, and is act like nuthing happened....
but yeah wat can i do right? nothin really
i tried all i could not to happen again...and it just ended she said she loved me and how happy she was with me....and then she broke up with me a couple of days later
it just took me soooo off guard and i was really confused...but w/e

Check it out, sure fire way to get over anyone.
Get some liquor and beer. Get a female or two. Get a video camera (as many as possible!) set up and an 8 hour tape (trust me, lol, sometimes you'll amaze yourself)
After that, watch the videos, or have someone edit to make them worth watching (in case you don't amaze yourself). Save it. Next time you think about the person, watch the video. You'll feel better. If you don't like it, make another, and another.
Seriously though: if you quit beating yourself up over it, and realize that you're going to deal with a myriad variety of issues in life that you'll have to overcome to further yourself, then you'll figure out "Whoah, it's not worth it to get down and out about this crap, I'll focus on something worth my attentions, like another gal/guy!"
It's tough, but if you let it torture you, then will it be the same if you get back with them? Exactly.
