Homes and buisnesses abound in the main areas of the city Hidden in the Leaves. Even the most discriminating nin will find something to occupy their time here. Fights are discouraged in the public areas and any rulebreaking may result in severe pain from a nearby off-duty ANBU.
((Note: This is a main rp area so that people whose teams aren't set up or are being slow can still play their nin. Any Konoha characters are welcome here, as well as foreign characters who are currently on a mission inside the Leaf Village. Missing nin who risk showing themselves in such an open area have no right to whine if the ANBU force finds them and kills them. Here is the place for pretty much any Konoha city setting. All RFS rules still apply.))

Hisaki, Kagami, and Tadamasa were walking down a street known for its selection of restaurants. The axe-wielding kunoichi paused as she looked around at the unfamiliar names, she usually just ate at home.
So, any ideas where we're going? I'm not a big restaurant person so I don't really mind if you have a specific preference.

An unfamiliar figure walked down one of the streets in Konoha, glancing around with carefully guarded curiosity. Anji sighed to himself as he received several stares and a glare or two as he moved along, doing his best to mind his own business. Not that he could help it. His Sand headband was a clear indicator that he didn't belong there, even if the Sand was an ally currently. Well, he supposed he should get used to it. After all, he'd been ordered to report here for some kind of "international team" which he was to be a part of. The jounins had called it a peace building exercise. He wondered then why it felt like such a huge waste of time. He sighed once more as he passed a couple, muttering and pointing at him as they passed. He didn't like it here.....

Amy's bare feet hit the sheet metal roof of a ramen vendor. It dented and the man underneath it almost had a heart attack as he choked on his ramen. She laughed a wicked little laugh and then leaped again onto the next vendor. She repeated this little example of skylarking until she had reached the last vendor. When she got there she grabbed the front edge of his stall and swung down, and into the stall. Once inside she sat down, ordered a bowl of ramen, and began eating.

Akira rose from his bed and began to stretch his arms. I wonder what time it is I'm starving. The boy quickly got dressed and began to look around for his wallet "bingo," he said when he spotted it on top of the counter, Akira grabbed it and headed out the door towards a nearby Ramen Vendor.

Raiko walked along the streets of Konoha, his hands folded across his chest. He'd graduated from the academy with some kind of expectation that he'd be put on a team immediately. Unfortunately, it didn't seem like that was going to happen.
He didn't really see why. He was talented enough. He got more than adequate grades to be put on a mediocre team, at the very least. "Patience is a virtue, they say. Unfortunately, I don't think the ramen shop accepts virtue as a form of payment." He spoke aloud to himself, though anyone within earshot would hear him. He continued walking along, when he suddenly bumped into another young man. "Oof." He backed up a step or two, giving the boy a quick glance over. The thing that caught his attention most was the sand headband. "Hey. You're from the Sand aren't you? Sorry for bumping into you like that. The name's Raiko" He unfolded his arms and offered a hand to him.

Anji gave a small growl as he bumped into someone, stepping back and sizing his "opponent" up. It was a boy, probably close to his age, from the leaf village. That was to be expected, seeing as how he was in the leaf village. However, what surprised him was that the boy apologized and then ofered to shake his hand. That wasn't how sand acted. He watched the boy gingerly for a moment before taking the hand slowly. After all, it was best not to make enemies if possible. "I'm Anji." he said in response, still not sure what to make of the newcomer....

Raiko pulled his hand back and put it in his pocket. Anji looked to be about the same age, but he wasn't sure of his Rank. He'd heard that Sand Ninja were tough. He could be a Jounin, for all he knew. The novelty of meeting a Sand nin for the first time was kind of wearing off though, and Raiko's face kind of fell back into a bored expression.
"So is this your first trip to Konoha? Why're you here?" He wondered if he might be here for a mission. Or maybe he was joining a team? He'd heard that a lot of times International teams would be formed when there were a shortage of Genin from a persons own country. "Oh, and.." He paused If he was really a Chuunin or Jounin, he could get insulted if he was asked about his Rank. Several images flashed through Raiko's head, most involving some sort of pain. He decided to push ahead anyway, his curiousity getting the better of him. "Are you a Genin?"

Kagami pulls out a small jug full of sake from a small holster on Tsunami. She opens the cork and takes a small swig before letting out a loud "Wooo!". "Uhhhh.... well I guess we can really eat anywhere here.."
Her wolf companion lets out a snort to remind Kagami that she's been kicked out of most of the restaurants in this area due to being disorderly while drunk.

In spite of herself, Hisaki smiled weakly and ruffled Tsunami behind the ears.
Heh, I guess it's up to you and me to make sure she doesn't drink too much or do anything too stupid. Just like old times, eh girl?

"I'm paying, so I don't have to pick anything. Pick a nice resturant though, okay?"
Tadamasa walks beside the two girls with his hands in his pockets. Kagami was already drinking?! What kind of person was she? He looks down at the oversized dog and points at it.
"...Can that thing actually come into a resturant though?"

Well, I really don't have a preference, so it's up to you Kagami-sensei.
Hisaki paused while looking at Tsunami.
Hmm, you might have a point there. Still, a lot of shinobi use pets so we just need to chose a restaurant that caters mainly to the ninja force. I hear there are quite a lot of those in this area. And she's not a thing, she's Tsunami-san.

Anji looked at the boy strangely for a moment before sighing, glancing over at a nearby ramen shop before nodding slowly. "Yeah. I'm genin rank. I was sent here to join some kind of international team." He pulled out his letter of invitation for a second and unrolled it, checking it once more before nodding to the boy. "And I'm running behind schedule. Excuse me." Giving a small bow he walked off once more, heading towards the indicated meeting point. He would not be late.....

Tsunami looked up at Tadamasa and gave a condescending snort in response. Kagami heard her companion's discontent response and gave a nervious laugh.
"Well I don't see why not, it'd be the same as letting an Inzuka into a store I guess."
Kagami spots a small Shack named "Hinamora's Crab Shack" and exclaims, "Yosh! That's what we should tonight! Crab.!" She holds her fist up in a victory pose, completely oblivious to the onlookers that stare at her....a few notice the sake jug and give a muttered response about drunks in Konoha.
