Welcome to the Animazement Guild's First Contest
What to do: Come up with an idea for a mascot. Accompanying art is optional.
How to enter: Just post your ideas in this thread.
When does it end: Last Sunday in April. That is, I believe the 24th.
Once all the entries are in we can vote on the winner. smile If the winner wishes to then, they can draw their mascot, or if they don't feel that they are artistically inclined, we will open it up to offers from artists within the guild first, and if that doesn't work, we can find someone to commission from the Requests and Commissions subforum. smile
Prizes:
1st Place: 1000g
2nd Place: 500g
3rd Place: 200g
I'll be posting these soon. These will be based on whatever funds I can come up with. If anyone wants to contribute, send donations to the guild mule (AZGuild).

I was think of a dual mascot a Magical girl (sometimes with cat ears and tail) and a dragon staff that in some images is a real dragon kinda wrapped around her prtectively or her riding the dragon while casting a spell with faries around her (kinda ties into the images that the AZ staff use on the shirts and badges). perhaps different outfits like an armored one, a pretty black (think Rastiln from the Twins Triliagy), and one from like Ultra-Manic (a school uniform with a cape/jacket that is floor length over it).

perhaps another idea? (please only count the top one you like as being from me OK?
A fariy similar to the con ones only ours is not a fighter but magical and in every image she has made a mistake in her casting kinda like an older Cha-cha. but with a mecha humaniod type vechicle that gives her advice and tries to keep her out of trouble, but somehow never succeds?

Right now it is only for ideas on a mascot. and the date was yesterday but I think it'll be extended due to lack of involvement.

Mostly just looking for ideas... dunno. Might be cosplayable... It doesn't seem to have garnered much attention... sweatdrop I'll try and set up a poll though later with the responses we did get and see if we can get any response to that.

OK hopefully that will get more attention going to the contest. Just make sure an option is "none of the above my idea is better listed below" so that people can still make a suggestion.

I like the idea of having a mascot, just make sure evreyone is open to evreyone's ideas without any one being made fun of or put down, 'cause thats not cool.
