Sadly I've never seen the show! crying Just commercials and like.. song-video thingies from the episodes that people have on YouTube.
I DISLIKE THE HIGH PRICES OF THE SEASON DVDS.

Seriously, you haven't???
Ugh, yes, I realize the boxed set prices are ridiculously high, especially for the crappy packaging. However, when taken into consideration just how many episodes are on each one and compared to other season boxed sets of other shows, you'll find that the prices aren't actually all that bad.

My favorite episodes are probably the fairytale one(where Mike's the princess)and Mijacogeo(The Frodis Caper.)

Crappy packaging? I have them and think the packaging is fabulous, really.

I love the first season best. The first season is the season I grew up watching before I got the boxed set a few years ago. The first season also has the more wholesome feel to it and the 2nd season is more wild.. I love the second season but I prefer the way the first season makes me feel when I watch it

I don't get it! The first seasons is the cheesiest by far, but they are more strict and wholesome than the second season. The second season was when the rebellion started and they started trying to bring their real persons more and more into their character and when the biggest portion of fighting started going on, tension, tiring, all of that, so the second season always seems sloppy to me. I really love the first season though. I can't really complain about it at all.

I mean its all holding up fine, so I am not sure what is so unsturdy about it... and I haven't really noticed any scratching on my DVDs and I used to watch them almost everyday last season. My VERY LAST disc is a bit scratched but that is because it was OUT of the case for so long when I forgot to put it up once. Oh well. TL-chan is a new fan. I introduced her to the Monkees last summer, so she hasnt really had the chance to get into them much.

Maybe I should take a picture of mine. The first set, the box actually COLLAPSED on one side. I don't know HOW the heck that happened even, I've been super careful with them! The second one looks like it's starting to do it. And the hinges on the first one are coming loose.
