Was not sure where to put this so here it is.
I have been taking drugs well heroin for about 6 months, and I want to give up. But I have some in my room, powder and syinges. I have smoked and injected it.
Here are my symptoms/illnesses: I have a headache, I'm all itchy, hot and cold at the same time, I hurt all over and I keep being sick.
I feel like crap and I need a fix. I have some in my room and I want to take it but I cant because I want to give up.
what should I do?

If you havent shot up for a while your having Withdrawlel symptoms. Which, obviously is normal. I think you should get some help from one of those clinics. I know people hate to, but if you have a problem. You do need help and you DO need to quit.

I know I should but then they involve friends and family, and only some of my closest friend know. In all I think that 4 people know.

you should just go to to the rehab place and if you really want to get better then you shouldn't care about what your friends and family think at least now any ways

well first of all, don't do drugs. if you need help I suggest you go to AA

Go to a local hospatal... they have pamplets.

i live in the usa and i don't know whats he is taking about but any ways why don't you try throwing the drugs away and not getting any more confused

You cant just throw them away. Well you can... but for the person its a living hell. You need to go to a Clinic or somthing, there are plenty of places to help you. You need to get help. sad

well and if you don't get help now you'll be caught one day and well you won't look good at all with illegal drugs

-Cough- There are alot of places in Europe that drugs are leagal. My friend lives in Holland.

Here I know something that may help because it helped my dad what you do is get alot of gum and any time you feel to need a fix grab a piece and start chewing or if you don't like gum try sunflower seeds or anything else like that whatever floats your boat I guess.

Hon, the only thing you really can do is go see someone. I realize that you don't want this out in the open, but you'll be surprised to know how many people care about your problem. Including us in the forum. This is a big deal, and you could die if you don't get help eventually. He roin is something that is very addictive. I'm sure you already know that. But the only thing you really can do is see someone. My recomendation a rehabilitation clinic.
