Ok, I'm reading FMA on readmanga.com and this comes up.
The note on the side reads;
"If You Don't Get This . . . Um, Ask Someone Else. I'm Bad At Explaining It. biggrin "
(I accidently cut the top of it off)
This is when (hightlight) Ed is showing off in the town to lure out Scar to lure the Homunculus.
So, what's with the sneezing?

In anime, sneezing means someone's talking about you. o_o Though, I don't really see how it fits here.

Oooh, now that I know that, it make more sence.
In the next pannel he's saying "the whole city must be in an uproar of rumours about him".
