Humans come in many shapes and sizes, yet for the most part they are only used as prey. However, what if there were some who could fight on the same level as the lycans and vampires? We call these people hunters, whose sole purpose is to show these creatures that if you want to feed, you have to work for it.
These few can use a large variety of weapons and gadgets, but that sometimes isn't enough. When it comes down to the actually in your face fighting, most of these people are trained in many different forms of martial arts. However their gadgets and weapons only are limited to what they can afford or create, everyone has their limits.
There are other types of humans, like the ones who are able to become vampires and lycans. If these people are bit they will become a full fledged member in a matter of days. Then there are those that are only good enough to be food or perhaps they can supply information or other services to the other sides of the war.
Setting
Anywhere and Everywhere. This is the easiest way to show how the human's world works. If you need a human for something, you don't have far to go.

Eloise gave a small squeak, ducking behind the crumbling wall. Peeking out from behind remaining wall, her violet eyes flashed blood-red for a moment. "Here, there and everywhere" she said with a mad giggle.

Eloise squeaked once more before suffling into view. Raising her eyes to meet his, they flashed blood-red once more. Eloise gave a small cry, clutching at her head, the needle marks upon her arms visible.

She gave a manical giggle. "The men in their white coats" she said with a small laugh. "They tried to silence the voice" she continued, tapping her temple.
