Because of Tailen living in the poisonouse air of The sark empire he trys to keep most of his skin unexposed, so he wares large baggy trousers and long sleeved shirts and a hat that covers most of his head. his hair also covers most of his face. because of this he is often unidentifiable.
Personality:
Tailen is a deterimined person with a never say die attitude.
He is often found to have an optimistic attitude to life and is useually a person who can cheer people up.
However when himself or someone close to him becomes threatened Tailen becomes incredibly ruthless towards those who cause the threat.
Tailen doesnt like to be controlled and has no respect for those who think they are above him through money and class.

Character History:
Tailen once worked for valison corp, untill he learned of the cruel tests being done on pokemon. he left valion corp and joined the resistance where he was able to give valuable information to the rebel leaders due to his knowlage of the valison corp. hq layout.
Tailen's tower is also home to an advanced laberatory which is currently working on a way to reverse the effects of the experiments on the pokemon. Although he is not the leader of the rebellion he is one of the most wanted of their members, so he placed his tower in the thickest smog of the Sark empire, (the home of the revolution).
