Here's a little demo of PSU's character customization. It doesn't have sliders for any of the physical stuff, but the voice slider is in. Sadly, the cast page isn't up yet.

If you click on the link in Japanese beneath the picture while looking at the customization options, it'll take you to a page that shows some hair colors, as well as female slider extremes for facial features and the head accessories us girls get.
