I hate filler crap. Hate it.
I refuse to watch anymore anime filler, but I still read the manga every week. I was just wondering if anyone else in the guild read the newer chapters, so we might have something to talk about here.
Post your thoughts on post-time-jump characters and storylines.

Well, Sai has said a whole lot of things that I'd love to tell Sakura. And he is kawaii when he blushes!
I wish Sasuke would suddenly just DIE, like Kimizilla, and get replaced by Sai. That'd be awesome.
*sniff* No more Akatsuki til August....

Mitsune Kiyo Well, Sai has said a whole lot of things that I'd love to tell Sakura. And he is kawaii when he blushes! I wish Sasuke would suddenly just DIE, like Kimizilla, and get replaced by Sai. That'd be awesome. *sniff* No more Akatsuki til August.... Sai has the potential to be a really good character. I hope he picks a side and stays there instead of jumping back and forth, that was getting annoying. I don't want Sasuke to "just die"... I'd like to see him suffer first, perhaps by fire. I'm curious to see the new training Kakashi has planned for Naruto.

Maybe Sai should have just been there in the beginning. The series would be way better. Amaterasu fire works for me. <_< >_> Lee should have been the title character. He's so much more entertaining than Naruto. I really didn't mind Sasuke that much until he ran off to play drop-the-soap with Orochimaru. He was an angsty loser, but at least he wasn't a traitor. I'd like to see more of the other Konoha ninja teams in action.

Yay!
No one the ONT likes Sai, and they were starting to annoy me.
He's my favorite character now.
He reminds me of when you get a new kid in your class and then everyone fights over them and what clique they get dragged into, y'know?
And then once they become a regular, it 's like they were never new at all.
And yeah, Sai should've been there in the beginning. Then he'd have a VA by now.

I actually didn't mind Sasuke as much when he decided to join Oreohead. Before, he was angsty a angry and obviously confused. He's still angsty and angry, but at least now he knows where he's going with his life. And even if it's not a very nice place, that's more than you can say for most of the other characters. Also, his sound outfit is smexy. Which is crazy, considering I just said that about Sasuke.

Also, he's not so much a traitor as someone who "bends the truth." While he did become an 'offical' Konoha shinobi or whatever, as far as I know, he'd made his promise to kill Itachi beforehand. If he'd stayed in Konoha instead of pursuing his first promise, he'd be a traitor to himself rather than his friends. Which would make him even more angsty and annoying. So even if they're stupid priorities, as least he has them straight.

From dictionary.com: traitor - One who betrays one's country, a cause, or a trust, especially one who commits treason. He turned his back on everyone in the village. Anyway you look at it, he is a traitor, but he makes the story more interesting. Now that we've seen how strong Sasuke has become, I'm really curious to know what Itachi can do. It has to be something more than the stuff we've seen, otherwise Sasuke and Orochimaru could have killed him by now.

Hm...
I guess he would've been a traitor no matter what he did, then. Unless he somehow got Konoha to go kill Itachi with him or something. Which he probably could've done, but you know Sasuke.

I'm amazed Itachi could possibly have gotten any stronger. The guy's, like, a ninja god.
Hey, maybe instead of just taking the bijuus' powers, the Akatsuki is really just putting them in their own members? That would be cool. Maybe Itachi could have the Shukaku? And then Sasuke could get his a** whooped and go try to take the Kyuubi! That would be awesome. O:
