Welcome to Central HQ. This has countless offices and rooms where people, soldiers, and state alchemists work.
Anyways, the chibi citizens of Central, and sometimes even East City, come here to work in this building, IF they are permitted by identification.
I'm Edward Elric, a former state alchemist, but was sent through the Gate to the real world, like Germany for instance. No one here, in Amestris, has heard of this country "Germany" because it doesn't exist here.
I'm trying to throw these memories into my past, but it's not so easy. Anyways, the point is, this is the Central City Military Base, and is used by many military men and women.

Chibi Nina comes in for absouloutley no reason and hugs chibi roy and whispers, "No one comes here anymore, no one ever even came here. It was always dead sorta, but no wait, if it wasn't ever alive, how could it be dead??"

Chibi Edward walked in, still naked. "Hey Nina, gots any of your daddy's clothing, wait...never mind." Edward walked into Mustang's office and grabbed his clothes off of his desk. "Thanks Mustang, you were great!!!" Ed laughed evilly.

Chibi Ed walked back out side, now clothed. "Wow, I'm bored, shall I see what my minions are doing?" He asked himsefl and gleamed at the Random Building. He walked in.
