Well, the name says it all. Sit back, relax, and tell us a little bit about yourself. A few starter questions for those who don't know how to start:
How long have you been active on Gaia?
Take any big breaks between then?
How long have you been interested in Cooking?
Any favorite TV shows (Cooking and non allowed)?
You work somewhere to use your talents for cooking or food knowledge?

--- Yeah, I'm busy sorting myself out, meaning I'm going through a lot of really strange phases.
How long have you been interested in Cooking?
--- Ever since I realized I was fond of eating ^_~ But seriously, I got interested in cooking in the Boy Scouts, and it's kind of fluctuated up and down. I'll probably do more with it when I'm living with a real budget in an apartment, as opposed to 100 dollar a month tutoring pay checks and living in the dorms.
Any favorite TV shows (Cooking and non allowed)?
--- I'm actually a fan of the Iron Chef, both the original and the new american one. I don't watch much other cooking shows, and don't want any thread-jackings so I'll leave the rest to private discussions.
You work somewhere to use your talents for cooking or food knowledge?
--- Uh, no. The extent of my cooking recently would be Ramen noodles, Uncle Ben's Rice bowls, and Campbell's soup, with the occasional sandwich, or chips heated to melt cheese on top.

Oh sure, was gone for a month straight once, and I have times where I barely RP and talk or what not, but everyone has a real life outside the 'net... I hope...

Ah, it's just one of those things I grew up with. We all used to sit around in the kitchen and watch mom cook, then we tried it, etc.
-Any favorite TV shows (Cooking and non allowed)?
A random smattering of things. If anime isn't on, then Food Network is the default channel. Also watch wildlife documentaries, home decorating and craft-type shows...
-You work somewhere to use your talents for cooking or food knowledge?
Nah, but I could pass for Kino Makoto/Lita. Once in a while I'll give friends basic cooking lessons and sometimes it seems more than 1/2 my lunch is eat by people other than me.

Every web browser is it's own picky little thing. Anyway, general rule of thumb is to stack multiple sig images under each other, that way no one's web browser will have a stretched page.
And... it was just easier to answer the questions than think of something on my own blaugh *lazy*

-um...i did for a while in december, but i came back for the xmas event, and have been addicted ever since

-no, i wish. i'd love to work in a restaurant ^^ I'd love to give people cooking lessons, but i dont know anyone who'd be interested. especially with my little skills.

Cooking show: Good Eats. It's funny and informative! Other: I don't really have one. I haven't had TV for about two years

What better place to practice cooking than in my own kitchen?! Hee hee. Not really, I entertain alot though. And, hopefully, I'll get a job at some local resturaunt this summer!

::Hangs from a tree branch with her 5 kitsune tails fanned out behind her:: Hiya ^^ ::she lets go and flips to land on her feet gracefully:: I'm Isa_Undine... I enjoy the world of cooking from time to time when I'm hungry, and enjoy experimenting with recipies and the like to suit them to my tastes ^^ (Not to mention allergies sweatdrop ) I've been with Gaia for at least two years, had a break of about 6 months at one point where I was completely bored with it... Still disappear from time to time, but not for nearly as long as that. I most enjoy Iron Chef... And Iron Chef America when Batalli's cooking hehe ^^ Great personality ^^ My favorite show though is Scientific American Frontiers with Alan Alda (SAF) on PBS ^^ So much science goodness *,* (Science nut) Anyways! I'll be in charge of Art for the guild, So expect to see some art in the somewhat near future. (MSPaint pixel art is a painfully long process ;_; ) You'll hear from me eventually ^^ ::waves and seems to disolve into a light breeze::

I go on a lot for a couple days and then miss several days - life is busy
How long have you been interested in Cooking?
I thought I wasn't even interested in food, let alone cooking, until I found out that some people cook without recipes - by instinct - with creativity! It has been in an increasing love affair since then (several years).
I do not wander entirely out in culinary space. I start with a Point of Departure: an idea, a dish I've had at a restaurant, even an appetizing food photo - then I take it from there.
A few times, I have even had recipes come to me in dreams. Good recipes.
Any favorite TV shows (Cooking and non allowed)?
I think the cooking channel is fun to watch on a lazy day, because of the personalities and the different relationships with food... I don't really watch much TV. Queer Eye is another I like, actually for some of the same reasons as the cooking channel.
You work somewhere to use your talents for cooking or food knowledge? Almost all of what my family eats is coked by me, and I do take pride in that, and in their enthusiasm for what I prepare. I love to have people over to eat - want to do that more often. And once or twice a year I put together a banquet style event for 125 - 250 people, but I try to get as much help as I can!
