Okay as you can probably see, in the fitness forum, KaseyBaby has been posting her weekly exercise and goals lists. I think thats a great idea and Id like to encourage more of this! I believe that if more people post their logs then others can see what kind of routine works for them and what kind of results it can have.

It's really good to see people writing out and experimenting with programs, but how about trying to keep them up to date and we can all help each other in motivation and suggestions on improvements and alterations?
Just an idea.
