There will not be to many ranks in this army, but i will explain the ranks that there are.
Ranks
Legend: To become a Legend you must prove yourself to me in war, and how you can handle pressure and leadership. Legends also do not need to lead anyone, they can be lone riders. You don't have to be a highranker to become a legend. (You must be a perfect Roleplayer)
Gan: To become a Gan you need to show me your leadership skills and how you can lead an army. The pressure of leader ship will be on your shoulders, and you will have to lead a segment of our army and plan stratagies. (You must be a good roleplayer)
Dun: To become a Dun you must apply to the guild and show that you know how to follow instructions. Soilders will be commanded by any rank higher than them. Also a soilder can be apointed a short time to command a group of troops, this will be a good way to prove you can be a Gan. (You must be a fair roleplayer)
There will also be need for Tavern owners, Servants, Maids, Black smith's, and the town council. You can be both a soilder and one of the jobs above.
Tavern Owner: A tavern owner must provide drinks to anybody. He may also have to know some important facts maybe to help people on quests.
Servants/Maids: These people will be appointed either to a tavern or to my royal house. They will have to complete simple tasks, but nothing outragous.

There are also ways of upgrading ranks:
Attending pratices, showing to me you are good with the sword, bow, and other weapons. You must be all around good with most weapons, you can have a weapon of choice but you still must at least be able to fire a bow.
Training sessions are to see how well you are at skills with weapons and leadership, we will put people on the spot sometimes make them lead a whole group, just to see if they are good.
We will be giving you weapons that you dont, and you will have to run through the entire day with them.
(being a good RPer is the best way to go through the Training sessions, but please attend them)
