Money isn't an issue for Flora at the moment, as her father was also a Mad she has everything in his very well stocked and equiped lab to make use of.
she also makes her own natural remedies and toiletries that she sells, via a flunkie, in a store in the local town, she can't bear the thought of having to face Joe Public herself.
and said public isn't aware of what the 'special' ingredients in her concoctions are, or what the effects of them will ultimately be ninja

Ice Blossom Stealing anything I can get my hands on. And blackmail works well too. Mmm...I'm afraid that's a little base for the mad scientist. The Mad Scientist is a person of lofty and even noble ideals who usually just gets caught up in his or her own huberis and by extention experiments.

i send my oompa lumpa commandos also double as mercanries..... ud be surprised at hom many nations like oompa lumpa commandos....... they also steal from the national treasuries
