Well, pimp, I can simply select to promote and demote people on comand (ah they joys of corruption rofl ). I have been planning this guild for almost a year now, and know who I want to be mods. Usually its because they are a friend of min (in real life, not just on gaea) and often share the same vision and direction as me. Some of them did a large favor to me in some way and are thusly being rewarded. Depending on how active you are, and how you act, I may promote you. Just be youre self and we'll see. (also it wouldn't hurt if someone suggested you for the promotion)
