I'm at the part where I'm supposed to liberate the city when I run into two questions.
1. What level do you suggest I fight the 2 bosses?
and
2. How do I get in Zell's room?

I would personally suggest to fight them at around level 30, but I can't guarantee because I don't know your skill level. Level 30 worked for me so it'll most likely work for you smile
For Zell's room you have to just try and go into his room that's all. I hoped it helped if you need more help you can PM me. biggrin

No, just your personal skill like you know how some people are great playing the game were they can beat a boss at any level. Then there are those people that are at an extremely high level to be a simple boss, thats what I mean...Lol
Also, if you didn't know (I'm pretty sure you did) don't use Quezcotl during the boss fight because Ruji will absorb thunder attacks smile

it's gonna suck when I can't use Shiva either, that's my favorite GF because I like ice and the cold.

You can you Shiva in the battle, unless I'm mistaken.
My favorite GF to use was Eden, he was so powerful but I mainly like it for the GF animation entrance blaugh
